They do not have separate preparation areas but they know what celiac disease means. They offered me an excellent risotto as an alternative to gluten pizza, and panna cotta made by them. It's a pity they do not have gluten-free beers.

The staff members were very kind: in response to my request for help, as I have celiac disease and need gluten-free dishes, they suggested a truly delicious risotto. The panna cotta for dessert was also fantastic! The rest of the family, with pizzas and main courses (with gluten), can confirm the excellent cuisine. I hope to return soon!
