Frà Crudi e Cotti is an elegant venue just outside the center of Polignano, reachable in a 10-minute walk. Very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, they offered me many choices, from raw dishes to fried food to pasta. We chose a rich plate of raw seafood with mussels, shrimp, and langoustines that was incredibly good, followed by what I believe to be the best gluten-free fried fish I have ever had in many years, crispy and light. Lastly, the friendly staff and fair bill capped off a truly excellent dinner; we highly recommend it!
