The waiter, in addition to being friendly, is very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The menu offers a wide selection for those with celiac disease (including desserts). The possibility of eating fresh pasta from a certified AIC pasta shop is highly appreciated. We had great meals there twice.

restaurant with various gluten-free preparations, including AIC-certified pasta purchased from a local pasta factory, maximum care and attention to contamination.

Great place to savor typical dishes from the area, the menu is almost entirely gluten-free, they do not have the AIC certification, but the pasta comes from a local AIC and is handled without contamination. The quality of the food is excellent.

numerous choices of gluten-free dishes, including typical fresh pasta (stuffed cappellacci, cappelletti, passatelli...) that come from a local AIC pasta shop. They serve gluten-free bread with the table setting. Very kind and attentive staff.

Located on a quiet street, near the Cathedral, the staff is young and very kind. They are particularly knowledgeable about gluten-free options and know the difference between lactose intolerance (which is the sugar in milk) and lactose protein intolerance (casein). Everything is truly good and gluten-free. They also have the typical gluten-free cappellacci from Ferrara, which I couldn’t taste because there is parmesan in the filling. Absolutely recommended. In the photos are the dishes I enjoyed for lunch.

My mom and I are gluten intolerant, and we were so happy to finally eat something typical and especially delicious! It's the first time since our diagnosis that we've found a restaurant that offers us so much choice, even with stuffed pasta, without having to settle for the usual penne or salad! Impeccable service, the waiter and owner were very kind and well-informed about gluten. If we return to Ferrara, we know where to eat ❤️

The venue is divided into two levels; the upper floor is much nicer and cozier than the ground floor. The service was particularly attentive, kindly advising based on the customer's needs. All the dishes were excellent, both in flavor and portion sizes. We also ordered a gluten-free first course of cappellacci that was really good, without anything to envy from the traditional ones. The sausage in sauce over purée is absolutely a must-try. Everything was good from the appetizer to the dessert. There are many gluten-free options, which are greatly appreciated. Prices are fair for the quality offered.
