In this restaurant, we found a refined cuisine, the smoked buffalo risotto and swordfish carpaccio were very good, as well as the gluten-free fusilli cooked carbonara style with sea urchins. However, I was not satisfied with the braised donkey served on an artichoke; the meat was too fatty and a bit tough despite the long cooking time. The grilled octopus served on a yellow pepper velouté with leek and olives was excellent instead. The desserts we had were mediocre. The service was good; the staff was quick and kind, and the idea of prosecco and arancino as a welcome treat was very nice. The only downside is the somewhat neglected environment, especially outside, though the veranda overlooking the waterway is pretty. Prices are fair given the type of dishes.
