I’ll start by saying that there were two of us at the counter to buy some mochi to take away, and despite three people noticing that we were waiting, no one approached us until we greeted them and asked to be served (the girl, among other things rude and without even a hint of a smile, responded with a super annoyed "Yes"). We asked for information about the mochi, which looked inviting (I can manage to cook them at home, but my curiosity led me to try these from Basara), and after choosing 6 of different flavors, we paid. 30€ for some common daifuku that I would have happily paid if they had been at least minimally EDIBLE. They were hard, old, and stale; the texture of these Japanese sweets, being made from glutinous rice flour, should be sticky and elastic, while these were hard like stale bread. Only the berry ones were decent (but still didn't justify the excessive price). I had to throw them away out of disappointment. The price isn't even worth the location.
