I ate montanarine, potato croquettes, pasta frittata, pizza, and gluten-free dessert without even realizing it. My husband also had dinner opting for gluten-free, and he started to doubt whether they might have made a mistake 😂 The best contemporary gluten-free pizza that one can eat; I never thought I would be able to try these flavors and textures again. Sure, the prices are high, but it is absolutely worth it!

I've had pizza multiple times and I've always felt good, it's delicious and extremely satisfying, I'm very happy.

Locale AIC, the best Neapolitan pizza ever eaten in Rome, they have two separate kitchens and the food is excellent, from the fried dishes to the dessert.

Divine pizza, the gluten-free pizza is also fantastic, practically the best I’ve ever eaten. The only downside is the Caribbean temperature in the dining room and the tables being too crowded. Other than that, everything is perfect, delicious food, and very kind staff. I have been there twice already and I will go back.

Though I found the atmosphere a bit too bright and sterile for my taste, the Neapolitan pizza was top notch. Tons of options including gluten free. Just a bit in the expensive side.

Finally, a pizza worthy of the name in Rome! Moreover, being an AIC establishment, you can eat gluten-free almost everything from appetizers to desserts, and I must say that the gluten-free pizza is one of the best I have ever eaten. Prices are slightly higher, but they are absolutely worth it! Highly recommended place!! The pizzas in the photo are gluten-free 😋

Really nice place. We were outside and felt very comfortable (inside it was a bit too chaotic and hot). The great variety for gluten-free and lactose-free options was highly appreciated, both in the appetizers, pizzas, and desserts. The only drawback was perhaps the staff being a bit "disinterested"; I would say a bit more friendliness during order taking would help, as they seemed almost like they didn't want to be there and do their job. Aside from that, everything was perfect, lactose-free mozzarella was really good, nothing to envy the regular one.

I went to this pizzeria in Rome to once more get a taste of a beautifully made pizza "Ricordi di domeniche napoletane" that I tried twice in Naples. As someone who is lactose intolerant, it is hard to find a good pizza with a minimal amount of dairy in it, that’s why I absolutely love this pizza! Unfortunately, the pizza in Rome was not the same :( The dough was made to perfection, however the sauce was different, the meatballs (polpette) were all dried out. Conclusion: I will go to Ciro Cascella once more, but only in Naples.
