An elegant, refined restaurant, it was very welcoming, the staff accommodating for anything. We had a charcuterie board that was very good and then they kindly made me a gluten-free board specially. Then let's not talk about the pasta with clams which was amazing and the grilled fillet that melted in your mouth. For anyone going to Alghero, I highly recommend going to eat there.

Arriving around 9:30 PM, we found the outdoor veranda full but plenty of space in the two spacious indoor rooms. The venue inside is quite large. The staff is courteous and attentive to customer needs. Perhaps two pages in the pizza menu are a bit few; it does not offer the list of all the classic pizzas, but mainly provides pizzas with special combinations suggested by the house. They were very kind, despite not being on the menu, to accept the customization of some pizzas that are usually "classics" due to our intolerances. As for the environment, it is perfect for informal meetings or group gatherings, and you can talk well due to the low volume of the TVs; I find it a bit less suitable for romantic meetings, as it loses a bit of intimate dimension in all that space. The pizza was perfect, well-cooked, well-topped, and the bottom was clean, also showing the proper cleaning of the oven (I'm not usually one to give the maximum). I accompanied the pizza with a good Ichnusa Ambra limpida 0.40 and water, totaling €22.00. I recommend this pizzeria for group celebrations; although it is large, it remains a quiet place even for families and children, not generating unnecessary chaos; they surely also keep it together!

I had lunch at Miramare, seated at the air-conditioned indoor tables with a sea view, in a tranquil atmosphere. The waitresses were kind and very knowledgeable. They explained the menu clearly and answered all our questions courteously. The service was quick and attentive. The portions were generous; we had: • Purple shrimp tartare: super fresh purple shrimp chopped by hand, with a dressing of fennel and olive oil. Clean taste and perfect texture. • Tuna tataki with wok vegetables: seared tuna on the sides and vibrant red center, served with stir-fried vegetables. A balanced and delightful combination. • Punzu alla carlofortina with tuna pesto and pine nuts. A bold flavor with a pleasant contrast of textures. ❗️Additionally, gluten-free pasta was made while maintaining the requested dressing❗️ We chose a local Vermentino, which paired very well with the seafood dishes. Miramare offers quality fish dishes, impeccable service, and a good value for money. A special thanks to the waitresses, always helpful and professional. Recommended for a simple yet well-prepared lunch.

If you're in Alghero and looking for an extraordinary pizzeria, Ristorante Miramare is a choice that won't disappoint. Located along the sea promenade, near the cinema of the same name and the E. Lussu Hotel Institute, this place offers pizzas that range from classic to more creative, with truly unique doughs: 7 grains, Sicilian grains, and whole grain flours, all low in gluten. The atmosphere is essential, unembellished, but welcoming. There is space both inside and in the outdoor area, perfect for summer evenings. The quality of the Neapolitan-style pizzas is really good, with a light dough and tasty ingredients. The staff is friendly and always available, making the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are a bit higher than average, but it's worth it if you're looking for original pizzas with refined doughs.
