Gourmet gluten-free pizza! Finally, a pizzeria that takes gluten-free seriously! At Re Al Quadrato, I found a crispy and light dough, with perfect leavening and top-quality ingredients. The pizza is crafted with attention to detail, offering creative and tasty options even for those with particular dietary needs. The space is small but inviting, with a view of Piazza Grande and an intimate, refined atmosphere. Friendly and professional service. An experience to repeat!

Eating with a view of Piazza Grande is a real plus. To be able to eat outside in November is a stroke of luck. Pizza with a light and digestible dough. Eggplant cream, lemon zest, stracciatella, threads of chili, raw shrimp, drops of brancamenta. Everything well-balanced and delicious. Excellent combinations. A very good glass of Montepulciano. The coffee was also good. And the lady who served us was very kind.

A less extensive menu but based on three types of pizzas: classic, montanarina (a trio...) and pan pizza. The choice of ingredients makes the pizzas very light and tasty. The interior environment is very nice, but the few tables outside allow you to admire the main square and Palazzo Contucci. Great for a quick or complete lunch.

The pizza is excellent and the service is great. The staff is very kind! The location is good as it overlooks Piazza Grande with a spectacular view. Highly recommended if you are in Montepulciano.

The pizza is incredibly tasty and we got an outdoor table on Saturday for lunch, even though we hadn't made a reservation. Prices are relatively high, but in return, you get a beautiful view of the historic center, delicious food, and fast service.

The best pizza I've ever eaten, with harmonious and quality ingredients and a dough so light that it doesn't overwhelm. I will return to Montepulciano just to have this masterpiece pizza again. The restaurant is delightful inside as well; I recommend it for couples, families, and solo meals alike.

A few steps from the square, tired from various walks and climbs, we decided to enter this place, also because accompanied by a newborn, we thought we could find something outside of cold cuts that she would surely appreciate, namely a pizza. We also opted for this last choice, even though it didn’t seem to be our first pick; we’re not in Tuscany to eat pizza (we thought), but once we saw the variety of pizzas and the combinations, we wanted to try, and we were amazed by the goodness and quality of the ingredients, something unique. I don’t usually like Neapolitan pizza, but I think this is one of the best I've ever had because it has the appearance of Neapolitan, but a crispness that belongs to Roman pizza. There’s skill in what they do… It’s evident. We chose the pizza experience to taste various types, and from the Margherita, we understood that a true experience awaited us, which I highly recommend to everyone. The service was very pleasant; a caring and very nice young man served us, which is also not to be taken for granted in a touristy place. The location is very nice, and the prices for the quality of food are more than fair (the pizza experience is 30 euros for 2 people), good craft beer. In short, my sincerest compliments... I wish I had a place like this in Rome, which sadly does not exist... I got my daughter a red pizza, nothing special, well, it was also delicious... the dough is truly top-notch. 5 stars with praise.

Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations I had; the dough in many parts of the crust was not well cooked, and the flavor was nothing exceptional. Furthermore, 3 euros for cover charge when no bread is brought to the table seems really excessive to me! It is worth mentioning the kindness and availability of the staff.

A local place near a large pizza, rather small but nice and well-kept, where all spaces are utilized. The idea of multiple tastings is fun, especially for a small group. The pizza dough is very good, a mix of ancient grains, making it easy to digest. A bonus point definitely for the hospitality; since we had to wait for the table, the owner offered a glass of prosecco, those are the attentions for the customer that are always greatly appreciated. A small tip if you love piping hot pizza: order it individually on a plate; during the tasting, the waiting time is longer, although very convivial.
