The gluten-free pizza dough is the pre-rolled, thawed kind from the supermarket. If I wanted to eat that, I would buy a frozen pizza from the store. If I go to a pizzeria, I expect a higher quality. Moreover, the porchetta they put on the pizza was basically cooked ham. I won't be going back.

Delicious gluten-free pizza. New item on the menu, homemade dough that is very soft and flavorful. It's better to notify during the reservation that you need the dough (the day before would be best) so they can ensure it's available. They are attentive to contamination, the waitress advised me against ordering pizzas with fried vegetables as they are fried in the same oil as batter-fried items. Very nice place, with colorful graphics. Highly recommended for gluten-free pizza!
