I have been here twice. The first time I notified them about the gluten-free requirement, and during the second visit I didn't inform them in advance about needing a gluten-free pizza, but the staff still managed to accommodate my request, informing me that it would be better to book in advance. The first time the pizza was truly excellent. The second time, however, probably due to the short notice required to defrost the dough, I was served a pizza with a burned crust but still raw in the center. For this reason, I recommend notifying them in advance if you want the gluten-free version: perhaps having the time to prepare it properly, they can ensure the same quality I found during my first visit.

The gluten-free pizza dough is the pre-rolled, thawed kind from the supermarket. If I wanted to eat that, I would buy a frozen pizza from the store. If I go to a pizzeria, I expect a higher quality. Moreover, the porchetta they put on the pizza was basically cooked ham. I won't be going back.

Delicious gluten-free pizza. New item on the menu, homemade dough that is very soft and flavorful. It's better to notify during the reservation that you need the dough (the day before would be best) so they can ensure it's available. They are attentive to contamination, the waitress advised me against ordering pizzas with fried vegetables as they are fried in the same oil as batter-fried items. Very nice place, with colorful graphics. Highly recommended for gluten-free pizza!
