Unsecure locale for celiacs. High risk of contamination because it doesn't have a separate lab for gluten-free items and because often during handling, due attention is not paid (gluten-free pastries, for example, are only separated from those with gluten by a low glass in the same display case). My daughter got sick after eating a small pizza (definitely contaminated). Not recommended unless changes are made in the production and handling methods. It's a shame because the desserts are very good.

A wide selection of gluten-free products. I tried the mini pistachio ice cream, various filled cookies, and pasticciotto. Everything was very good! Super pasticciotto 🤩

Great experience: the owner is very kind and friendly, conveying her love for her profession. Prices are low compared to the average and there is a wide selection of ice cream, pasticciotto, cookies, and pastries. Furthermore, everything is of the highest quality and really good. For example, a very large crepe, with both Nutella and pastry cream, costs only 4 euros.

The value for money offered by the establishment is undoubtedly very good. However, I feel it is necessary to report an episode that deeply compromised my overall experience, related to the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the staff. On the last evening of my stay in Gallipoli, after visiting the establishment daily throughout my vacation, I decided to return to order a simple crêpe. Already in the morning, I had inquired about the evening closing time, which had been confirmed by the staff to be at 11:00 PM (different from what was stated online, where it was listed as 10:00 PM). Around 10:45 PM, therefore, with about 15 – 20 minutes before closing, I arrived at the establishment to place my order. To my great surprise, I was informed that it was no longer possible to order anything as the equipment had already been cleaned and the cash register was in the process of closing. I then asked if some cookies that had been displayed in abundance that very morning were still available. Again, I received a negative response, with no willingness or courtesy to provide an alternative or a more understanding explanation. The following morning, before my departure, I returned to the establishment to politely express my disappointment regarding the incident. The response I received was even more disappointing: I was told that the establishment is the only one in the area offering gluten-free products, and that losing a customer would not be a concern for them. I believe that such an attitude, especially after consistent patronage from a customer, indicates a lack of respect and a total absence of attention to service and customer loyalty. It’s a shame, considering the good quality of the products, which unfortunately is not enough to fill the void left by such unprofessional customer management.

Ice cream and pastry laboratory. Especially gluten-free. Wide selection, high quality, and knowledgeable staff about celiac disease. Recommended. The only drawback is the lack of an outdoor seating area with tables for more convenient on-site consumption.

Great for celiacs, they make crepes with various options; they also make gluten-free cakes and pastries, and you can choose from different flavors of ice cream.
