Don't be deceived by the word 'Bar' in the name; this is a real restaurant, elegant, with high-quality ingredients. Their menu changes every so often (I don't remember if it's monthly), which is why they are so flexible in creating dishes for every type of dietary need. In my case (celiac disease), for example, they have created an entire menu of 6 courses that are completely gluten-free, plus gluten-free bread. Just call ahead to give them time to organize the kitchen.
