I've been going there for a long time and I've always found it very good. The condiments are practically all gluten-free except for a few that will be mentioned if you ask. You can choose between rice, quinoa, and salad as a base, and they also have gluten-free soy sauce. They are attentive to contamination, which is practically non-existent (since each condiment has its own space and a dedicated spatula).

I start by saying that mistakes can happen, but the quality and deadlines of products are the first things to check and seek in a dining establishment, especially in a chain. That said, I want to recount my dreadful experience, adding that I will definitely take legal action, as it is unacceptable to cause sickness or food poisoning to a paying customer. I ordered a medium poke for 12.90 euros, with rice as the base, two proteins: cooked tuna and cooked salmon in teriyaki sauce, three ingredients: wakame seaweed, edamame, philadelphia, and avocado, and two sauces: wasabi mayonnaise and teriyaki on the side, finally topped with mixed seeds. I pick up my order and head to a friend's house, which is 300 meters away from Poshi, and eat while he watches me, since he had already had lunch, which was fortunate, I would say. After lunch, I went to work, but around 4:30 PM, I started to have cramps in my stomach, so I rushed to the bathroom, and for an hour, between intestinal pain and cold sweat, I remained in the bathroom heavily vomiting bile and remnants of the meal I had eaten. I was forced to leave work and go home, where I felt unwell for another 4 hours. Now that I have regained a moment of clarity, I am writing all this, emphasizing that I have no allergies or intolerances and I usually don’t have breakfast, so the culprit was definitely this damned poke. Tomorrow I will be there, and I at least expect a cash refund; we can talk about compensation in the future.
