Reluctantly, I have to say that the gluten-free pastries are not kept separate from those with gluten, and they use the same tongs for serving all of them! It’s really a shame because their sweets are exquisite, but there is a lack of necessary attention to avoid contamination!! In the past, I have eaten there multiple times because the place was recommended to me by another celiac person, and I thought it was safe (looking back, I sometimes did feel unwell, but I never connected it to the pastries). However, one day, while stopping by the pastry shop for a snack, I saw this serving method directly and in the end, I could only have a coffee. I know from experience that they also prepare gluten-free cakes by reservation, but with these assumptions, unfortunately, it's not a suitable solution for a celiac person.
