The care taken to avoid contamination and the excellent gluten-free pizza make this clean and welcoming place an ideal choice. We went out for dinner and ordered the vegan bao, the pizza "the vegan" and for desserts, the cheesecake and the "meatballs in sauce". Everything was delicious, and there is a wide selection of options both vegan and gluten-free. The staff is very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend it!

At this restaurant, every detail seems designed to enhance the pleasure of taste and the feeling of being welcomed with care. The cuisine is distinguished by an almost artisanal precision: each dish, whether vegetarian, gluten-free, or traditional, is prepared with evident dedication and carefully selected ingredients. The flavor combinations are balanced yet surprising, leaving a lasting impression without ever being forced. The vegetarian dishes shine with creativity and freshness. The vegetables, treated with respect, maintain vibrant textures and authentic aromas, while the sauces, never invasive, complement without overpowering. The gluten-free options are not simply adapted variations, but creations designed to offer the same quality of taste and palate sensation, allowing those with specific dietary needs to fully enjoy the experience. Finally, the first courses are perhaps the highlight of the menu: perfectly creamed pastas, intense broths, and aromas that evoke tradition and innovation. The truly splendid location makes everything even more harmonious. The setting combines elegance and warmth, with a careful aesthetic that never feels overbearing. The spaces are bright and welcoming, ideal for both an intimate dinner and a special occasion. The atmosphere helps make every moment relaxing and enjoyable, as if time slowed down to allow you to savor the flavors. A restaurant that successfully combines quality, beauty, and respect for taste. A choice that leaves a lasting impression and a desire to return.

I found a place I had been looking for a long time! I must point out that, unfortunately, in Puglia it is still difficult to find restaurants that offer noteworthy vegan and gluten-free options, unlike other Regions that are more advanced in this respect. However, I finally found one that pleasantly surprised me: a true gem in Acquaviva delle Fonti. I was thrilled not only by the care of the venue but especially by its creative gastronomic offer. We tasted some gourmet starters (fried and stuffed sandwiches, a small pan with capocollo from Martina Franca and stracciatella, a vegan first course; soy cannelloni with cardoncelli and pumpkin. Then we had a first dish of cacio e pepe with frozen blueberries. For the second course, they outdid themselves with a chicken breast with iceberg lettuce. A place to spend a pleasant evening among creative and tasty dishes, contemporary pizzas, hygiene, and attention to detail.

Fabulous restaurant. We specifically went there to try some vegan dishes they have added, suitable for those with intolerances. These vegan dishes are just as good as the classics. We ordered multiple courses, and it's needless to say that it was hard to choose the best one. Everything was fantastic, a burst of flavors, from appetizers to desserts. The pizza was outstanding. Truly compliments. A menu worthy of being called so and truly excellent quality. Keep it up🙏❤️

We finally decided to try this pizzeria due to the strong advertising on social media, and I must say it fully met our high expectations. We tried the bao with Fassona beef and anchovies, and I must say they are worth it, but the highlight is definitely the pizza. They pay maximum attention to any type of intolerance or allergy (they ask you about it during the reservation process). We tried the scapece in both traditional and vegan versions (handmade dairy products made by them). We will definitely return to try more pizzas and desserts given the wide selection.

New venue, decorated with great care and very clean. The menu varies according to availability to offer quality and seasonal raw materials, with many vegetarian and gluten-free options. Our choice was guided by a friendly and highly knowledgeable waitress. As an appetizer, we had bao, stuffed zucchini flowers, and bombette in caciocavallo cream. The flavors of the bao and the stuffed zucchini were original and well-balanced, and the bombette and the cream were so good that we completely 'scarpeted' it, especially since the bread was so delicious that it could be eaten on its own. Moving on to the pizzas, I found a wide variety of toppings, very original and most were well-received. In particular, I recommend the Scapece and the one with black pork. The only ones that didn't generate much enthusiasm were the Lemon Mustard and Honey (the lemon wasn't very noticeable) and the Melting Cheese and Gold, as the combination of chocolate and apricots on the pizza isn't for everyone. The dough was very light and tasty. The desserts were good too, particularly the blueberry spumone and the fake lemon. The deconstructed cheesecake looked beautiful, but it didn't impress. The prices are in line with the quality and quantity. We will definitely return to try the first courses and the stuffed cuttlefish.
