I recently went back a bit reluctantly because I remembered not being satisfied in the past. And unfortunately, I haven't changed my mind after some time. Aside from a good mixed fried appetizer, very abundant and tempting, I haven't been convinced about the rest... The service is always very slow, the environment is welcoming but a bit small and too noisy, and the pizza base, which cannot be described as crispy, was just hard; it was impossible to cut! The toppings were good, but the base was only just acceptable... And to think that I really like thin Roman pizza, but this dough was heavy. Not to mention that someone who ordered a simple hamburger was served it overcooked (not to say burnt) and completely dry. The place is very nice, well-furnished, but those benches at the tables are uncomfortable. After two hours, my back was hurting. Personally, I mildly rejected almost everything. One point in their favor is that we chose this pizzeria because they have a kitchen attentive to food intolerances, like celiac disease. But if I had to recommend a place, at the moment I would discard this one.

I'm sorry but takeout is bad, really bad. If you go there, expect infinite waits. If you order with Flashfood, they're very punctual, but there's always something that goes wrong. Last time my mother's pizza was burnt. Today mine was charred. Hard, inedible, like marble. From the cardboard to the trash, also because it couldn't be chewed. Even the small portion I ordered was charred. And I hate to give such a rating to a pizzeria that could undoubtedly be the best in the city, for the quality of the products used. I would also add that in times when hygiene is fundamental, a hygienic bag to place the cardboard in before giving it to the rider should be mandatory. Especially if there are gluten-free pizzas. Because the boxes get crushed and open. They are theoretically placed in thermal bags. Clean? But handled with hands, the boxes open. I imagine that if the pizza spills out, they put it back inside with their hands. The pizzas arrive cold. And this is a shortcoming of Flashfood. But the rider will have his responsibility, and it's only fair that he takes it, but the pizzeria has to be accountable too. For the extreme carelessness. The bag, after all, we pay for. Hygienic bag 10 cents, 20 cents. But at least the pizza arrives hygienically safe at home. These are small precautions that make a difference. In a time when they only work with takeout, such things shouldn't be possible from a pizzeria of this level. And this pizzeria deserves to have ten, not five stars. I hope I never have to write a review like this again. But after so much endured in silence, I'm letting this one out.
