Aesthetically charming venue, with the presence of two separate areas for the preparation and cooking of food with and without gluten, lactose, etc. It’s a pity about the lack of a counter with stools for quick on-site consumption. Well-organized counter with a variety of choices, although the gluten-free options are somewhat limited. The staff is not very welcoming or cheerful; a bit of friendliness and cheerfulness would be nice when welcoming a customer, especially if it’s their first time at the venue. The prices are extremely high compared to other competitors, both for gluten-free and especially for conventional options. Being a bakery, you can’t present basic products like pizza by the slice and charge by weight, with prices higher than a rotisserie/pizzeria. If you adapt the Roman pizza method, it makes sense to charge for pizza by weight (like Bonci, for example), otherwise it doesn’t make sense.
