Gluten-free pizza is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I've tried it in many pizzerias all over Italy, but this one seems to come from another planet 😀 it surpasses even traditional pizzas in taste and texture, seriously... When cutting it, you can immediately notice how crunchy the crust is and how soft the inside is. I spent a whole minute just pressing it with my fingers, and each time it returned to its original thickness! As shown in the photo, I had a lactose-free Parmigiana, and just when it arrived on the plate, I knew it was on another level... In discussing with the owner, I discovered his family history and how important gluten-free research is to him. All four of us in the family are gluten intolerant, and this dinner was very pleasant, also thanks to the impeccable and very kind service from the waiters. A must-visit for anyone with gluten or lactose issues, or for anyone who wants to experience a delicious, easily digestible pizza at a fair price. Pizzeria recently discovered thanks to some friends. The owner is very kind and attentive to those like me who are celiac. The location is well-kept and clean (the veranda overlooking the sea is beautiful) and the gluten-free pizza is truly good with a very light dough.

Gluten-free but full of goodness... one of the best gluten-free pizzas I have ever eaten, it tastes like a normal pizza in how good it is and looks fantastic. Quality ingredients, fast service, friendly and caring staff. A small piece of advice for the safety of both the customer and the riders: put a gf label on the pizza box to avoid possible confusion that could harm the health of a celiac.
