The managers are celiac, so they know how to handle the kitchen very well. Furthermore, they have taken a special course. They were very accommodating with my daughter, preparing a cake for breakfast just for her, which they kept in the kitchen to avoid mixing with the buffet. They brought her the bread wrapped in aluminum to seal it without contamination. There was also a selection of gluten-free first courses available.
