I recommend it and will definitely return.

The bread is very good

My friends took me to my bachelorette party because it is certified gluten-free, what a wonderful discovery! The food was all excellent and they even brought me some exquisite gluten-free focaccia. Excellent service, fast and very attentive waiters. The owners, on the other hand, were super nice! If I were to come back to this area, I would definitely return 🥰

Entire gluten-free menu. Wide choice. I had homemade pasta with truffle, roast beef, and apple pie. Everything was very good. The price was quite reasonable considering it’s in Pietrasanta and has a gluten-free menu. Very kind and attentive to everyone's dietary needs. Since I went close to Christmas, they let me taste their panettone, really excellent!!!

Dishes resulting from a selection of genuine raw materials and interesting flavor combinations, but the honorable mention goes to the gluten-free options. In fact, the entire menu can be made gluten-free and, in particular, the restaurant offers fresh gluten-free pasta (from pici to tordelli, etc)! The environment is pleasant and well-kept. The added value of the place comes from the staff, due to the attention and courtesy they show to customers.

Beautiful place, with a menu that can be entirely gluten-free. I recommend the half sleeves with fish, they are AMAZING. It took them a while to bring the first courses, but it was worth it. Great portions, slightly high prices.

I was here last night, it was a wonderful experience. Excellent food, the entire menu is available gluten-free and is excellent in quality and variety. They are also very attentive to allergies, in addition to celiac disease. Recommended!

We chose this restaurant because it is certified for gluten-free cuisine, and it was a very pleasant surprise for everyone. The dishes are well prepared, with high-quality ingredients. Friendly and unobtrusive service. The desserts are also excellent. We will return as soon as possible to try more dishes, but the pici with pistachio pesto, tuna tartare, and lemon, as well as the tortelli filled with cod, Pachino tomatoes, and burrata that we had (both in the traditional version and in the gluten-free version) definitely won us over! Congratulations!

maximum safety! The menu can be made completely gluten-free, for a wonderful dinner and peace of mind! One of my go-to restaurants, highly recommended!

locale curated in detail, service courtesy and speed, but above all exquisite and refined dishes. I highly recommend it.

maximum security, AIC certified location. Everything is excellent!!

Great dinner, friendly service, and a welcoming environment. The owner is gluten intolerant, so there is assurance and the possibility of having the entire menu gluten-free.

Sublime! Discovered thanks to some reviews on Instagram, I can say without a doubt that it is the best restaurant I have ever eaten at. Every dish, from the classics to the gluten-free options, is homemade with extraordinary care, including the delicious cod ravioli. An experience that even surpasses that of Milanese restaurants. Truly impressive, well done!

I have been coming here to eat for years and I have always eaten very well. Their gluten-free tordelli are spectacular. The second courses are also excellent. I recommend making a reservation because the place is small, but it's worth it.
5
the entire menu also in gluten-free version. exceptional food. maximum safety (the owner is also celiac so obviously attentive and prepared)

One of the best gluten-free kitchens I have tried in 46 years of celiac disease. Every dish on the menu is also available gluten-free, featuring various specialties prepared with quality ingredients and in an excellent manner. Very kind and polite service, and friendly owners. Prices are appropriate. A certainty and a safe reference in Tuscany.

Chosen locale because in the AIC circuit for celiac people, it was a very pleasant surprise! Dishes prepared with high-quality products, excellent service with knowledgeable staff, fair price for a typical place near the beautiful center of Pietrasanta. I would say highly recommended for both celiac and non-celiac individuals, I will definitely return!

Carefully curated, intimate, and cozy atmosphere that nicely aligns with the beautiful venues of this place. Very attentive and kind staff. The entire menu is available in a gluten-free version, including the fresh pasta made in-house. Offers local dishes, fish, and meat. Tried the tortelli, and they were truly delicious, as was the served bread. Excellent wines.

Finally, a place that deserves top marks for service and typical cuisine. Genuine and interesting dishes for the palate. They served us a starter with potato and herb flan. We opted for a set of 4 flans: carrots, eggplant parmigiana with provola, burrata and asparagus, and finally one with fennel. For the first course, a tordello (ravioli in the style of Lunigiana) with meat ragù. For dessert, a zuccotto. At the end, we paired it with coffee, crunchy candy, and fig cookies. They serve fresh gluten-free bread, and the whole menu is gluten-free. To clarify, the owner who served us is celiac.

food was delicious. everything on the menu is also available glutine free. even the homemade pasta. highly recommend. location is central but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful location and excellent dishes! The entire menu was available in a gluten-free version and the pasta was homemade! 💖

Intimate place in the center of Pietrasanta, the staff is a bit cold. Good dishes.

The venue is in the square in front of the town hall. We went there for lunch last Saturday with five people, including a gluten-intolerant colleague. We ate very well, especially my celiac colleague, with new and unique recipes. The staff is kind and courteous, and the place is welcoming and nice. Not least, the bathroom is impeccably clean. We will definitely return as soon as possible!
5
A true paradise for celiacs!!!! The entire menu is available in a gluten-free version as well. All the preparations are artisanal, from focaccia to fresh pasta. I had pici with white rabbit ragù that was finger-licking good... Very kind staff.

excellent variety of gluten-free dishes, a smile once in a while wouldn't hurt!

The whole menu is available in a gluten-free version and even the homemade pasta can be gluten-free. Overall, we had a good experience, although the portions are a bit small. A special mention for the very good desserts, all gluten-free.

The Fox and the Grapes, a very well-kept place with a pleasant atmosphere even outside, ideal for romantic evenings, exceptional gluten-free cuisine, courteous and fast service, Margherita, our waitress, was impeccable. We'll definitely come back!!! Highly recommended.

I visited Pietrasanta the other evening, a very nice place. It's true that the owner isn't the friendliest, but the food is very good and the prices are average for the area. The young man who served us was very professional. Honestly, I feel like recommending it if you're in the area and want a gluten-free first course.
5
I had the pleasure of trying the restaurant on Valentine's Day with my partner. We had a great time and will definitely return. It's needless to say that everything was really very good! Establishment registered with the AIC.

We were very satisfied with everything. Quality food and raw materials handled properly. Intimate and welcoming place. Cost is average compared to other places at this level.

I took my girlfriend (who is gluten intolerant) with her family to eat at your place since they offered gluten-free dishes, and we were the only seated customers! They swapped our plates, and my girlfriend ended up in the emergency room all night with excruciating pain and severe nausea. Now she has to take antibiotics and painkillers because of YOU! If you can't provide a service where care and attention are paramount, DON'T DO IT! Because it is your customers and their health that suffer! If you need to eat gluten-free, I strongly advise against it; you could end up in the hospital!

I'm sorry, I expected more but everything went wrong. Reservation via email confirmed and lost by the restaurant, they still seated us but it was clear it was almost a bother. Food was average, good gluten-free options but very low lactose-free choices, dishes of average quality and small quantity, high prices and rushed service. As soon as the coffee was served, they presented the bill without us asking for it, the same at the next table because they needed to join the tables. Honestly, this bothered me.

Certified AIC restaurant, offering a wide gluten-free menu. The place is pleasant, the staff is kind, and all the dishes we tasted were excellent.
5
TOP! Entire menu offered also gluten-free! Tried it several times! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We were pleasantly satisfied. Delicious dishes prepared with care. The chef is celiac, so they are more than attentive to celiac disease. We will definitely come back. The place is furnished with taste.
