Having a daughter with celiac disease, I am always looking for new options for her, this gastronomic workshop is truly a great help, you can find everything from sweet to savory, from erbazzone to cream puffs, from bomboloni to tortellini, in short, a really wide choice. Found through this app, by chance, while we were passing through Modena. A very kind gentleman welcomed us and explained their work and products; despite being a workshop, he gave us the opportunity to have lunch with some of their already packaged products. Highly recommended, excellent food and staff!

Great grocery store completely gluten-free. They have everything, baked goods, as well as first courses and cakes of various flavors. This is the second time I come here to buy products for my celiac partner who appreciates the food very much, which according to her is really very good. Super kind and very nice, the gentleman who served us, whom I presume is the owner. Today, Valentine's Day, we made the sacher cake, really delicious. We will definitely come back again.

After leaving the gym, I accidentally walked by the shop. The smell and the line outside (which dissipated in less than 3 minutes) made me go in. Once inside, the girl told me they only sold gluten-free products. I was a bit skeptical, like all non-celiacs, but she kindly offered me to taste a cream-filled doughnut and a chocolate one, and I swear they were amazing; I will dream of the cream-filled one tonight. The genuine kindness of the girl and the gentleman at the register really warmed my heart. Probably every time I leave the gym, I will stop by and recount all the calories I burned :)

Fantastic store of the renowned gluten-free brand PanReale. We were in the area, and having tasted their products on MSC cruise ships, we couldn't miss the opportunity to stop by. The owner is incredibly accommodating; he showed us all the products available in the store, gave us advice and samples, and even provided a box for transporting frozen goods. He also shared a list of specialized stores in Milan supplied by their distributor. Lastly, I must add that their bread is truly something special, and the idea of packaging that goes in the oven is priceless!

The pastry preparations, bomboloni, and Swedish pastries are excellent to try, with a wide selection of traditional leavened products, gnocco, tigelle erbazzone, fresh stuffed pasta, and plenty of courtesy, an element that contributes to appreciating the excellent products.

We found ourselves in the area on a muggy afternoon, and the very kind owner let us sit inside, where we were able to taste some delicious pastries (even though I am not celiac, I found them delightful!). This gluten-free product laboratory is paradise on earth! I went there one Saturday afternoon because I was recommended the bomboloni. The bomboloni are a delight! But also the erbazzone, the super fresh tortellini, and the bread. You will find very kind owners welcoming you, and it won't be a coincidence as their products reflect the love for hospitality. Many products (tigelle, tortellini, erbazzone, gnocco, pizzette, and more) are also available frozen, so you can enjoy them at home. You can use the ausl vouchers.

Everything gluten-free!! This morning there were cream-filled bomboloni, jam, and Nutella: fantastic!! The bensone was also excellent!! Many products of their own production that are frozen, excellent quality. They accept vouchers and increase them by 20%, practically recovering the reduction received with the arrival of the new year, congratulations. Absolutely to try.
