absolutely worth trying. all risottos are gluten-free and they are really delicious. there is also a selection of second courses, all made with meat and thus gluten-free, and there are also 3 gluten-free desserts (I tried the almond wafer with mascarpone, fantastic). book in advance because they are often full, the price is consistent with what you eat.

A beautiful and welcoming place with a large outdoor area. Kind staff ready to assist with anything. They are very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, as they explained which dishes were suitable for people with celiac disease. For an appetizer, I had fried polenta sticks with ragù, really excellent, but being fried in oil used for other dishes, they are not gluten-free due to contamination. For the main course, we ordered a risotto with pumpkin cream, mushrooms, crispy guanciale, and pistachio cream, and then pork ribs cooked at low temperature with jacket potatoes. Both these dishes were truly excellent and completely gluten-free. They practically have everything gluten-free, so people with celiac disease can absolutely feel at ease. We will definitely return.

Restaurant not suitable for vegans. As far as risottos are concerned, there are no vegan options and no alternatives are proposed. Update: at the time of booking, I asked if a vegan variant could be proposed (I would have settled for plain rice, as of 12 people I was the only vegan). I was told that the veganized dish would not taste good. Pay attention, I was not told "we don't have the right ingredients", but rather "vegan is not as good anymore". These are two different justifications. Moreover, it seems that they could have eventually made modifications to the dish, but that it, in their opinion, would not have the same outcome. Therefore, I feel I must confirm my terrible experience: not so much for the lack of integration of alternative proposals (a vegan dish can be enjoyed by those intolerant to lactose, Muslims, those allergic to shellfish or eggs...), but rather for the poor attention to the customer. And I repeat, it's not a place suitable for vegans: wherever I have been, I have always found the restaurateur's willingness to let me eat a good dish, even if modified, regardless of their personal taste. This time I was disappointed. Even more disappointed by the fact that different justifications were given publicly than those given privately. Easy like that.
