For all food "problems"... various types of food, from bread to dessert, can be eaten on-site, ordered to go, or simply come in just for a coffee and take a look... there's always something tempting. All my requests were met. Fresh pasta, bread, special dishes, in short, everything! They are always available and kind. A special thanks to Ilenia and Shean (I hope it's spelled that way) for their ability to meet all needs.

Today I had the pleasure of stopping by this rotisserie by chance, and as a celiac, I couldn’t resist trying something. The torta tenerina I had was exquisite! I will definitely return, maybe with company for breakfast or lunch. The courtesy of the staff and the comfortable atmosphere make everything more enjoyable. I recommend it both to those, like me, who have special dietary needs and to anyone looking for a place to feel good as in their own home.

It is a gluten-free deli with tables for breakfast and lunch. In addition to ready meals at the counter, they also prepare freshly cooked first courses. The pumpkin tortelloni are exceptional. The environment is pleasant. The staff is very friendly, although not very precise.

We have been several times for breakfast and we felt very good. For this reason, we decided to rely on them for the baptism reception of our little girls. What can I say: guaranteed success and we made a great impression with our guests. Laura and Davide are amazing!

Essenza Glutine, the sign itself tells a story and the food we tried is part of it! The tortellini in cheese cream were excellent, as were all the specialties they had us try. The focaccia is well prepared and the rice arancini are superb. In short, are you celiac?!? What are you waiting for to try it?!? Highly recommended.

An absolute gem! This fantastic gluten-free venue in Modena is a must-visit. Just a short, pleasant walk from the city center, it’s well worth the stroll. We enjoyed an incredible lunch, with everything being coeliac-friendly and certified by AiC. The quality and variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options were outstanding—we only wish we had venues like this back home in Australia! Do yourself a favor and experience the care and craft that go into their delicious, inclusive dishes.

I visited this beautiful place for both breakfast and an aperitif. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful. For breakfast, I opted for a slice of SQUISITE apple pie: abundant, flavorful, and super soft. For the aperitif, I chose the plate with some culinary delights (in the photo) and the quality/price ratio is exceptional! I also had a chance to taste the tortellini made by them, and they are super good! You can tell they are "homemade." In short, lucky that you are here! For us "gluten-free" folks, it's not easy to find places like this!

I attended the opening, even though I'm not celiac, I was curious to try, and I really liked it! The young staff were super friendly, the cooks were preparing tigelle and tortellini on the spot, they were delicious, I didn't notice any difference from traditional ones! The paella was great too! 🤩

Wonderful place, very welcoming and qualified staff!!! I loved the meatballs... The gluten-free focaccia... and many other delicacies... and they never cease to amaze me... telling me that they also have themed evenings with background music... what can I say... try it and you will see that you won't regret it 😃

Recently opened venue, we take the opportunity to test it. Bad idea. 22€ for 2 watered-down Spritz and a small plate of questionable gluten-free products. I'm sure they won't see me again..... kisses
