I went to the restaurant a few weeks ago. Inside the menu, there are various choices for both those who are gluten intolerant or celiac and for those who follow a vegan diet. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and courteous.

I managed to eat my first gluten-free ramen at 28 years old and it was delicious. I also ordered other dishes, all excellent. Clear gluten-free symbols regarding the ramen and informed staff. The only thing is, I tried to get the mochi, which are gluten-free by themselves, but there’s a risk of contamination due to the place of production, and the next day I had a bit of a stomach ache. Next time I won't take the risk of getting them again.

I am usually quite reluctant to give 5 stars, but this new ramen restaurantoffers a menu specializing in ramen, using the highest quality ingredients prepared with hours of cooking and great dedication, nothing compared to banal sushi. Every dish tasted was truly excellent, and the ramen was an explosion of flavors on the palate, a taste that left us speechless. The environment, although a bit small, is beautiful and full of attention to detail with wall depictions of the best Japanese anime, everything very tidy and clean. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and ready to meet all our requests, even offering to let us compose our own ramen with the ingredients of our choice, a wide selection of beers, and they even offer gluten-free options for celiacs. The price surprised us even more; we paid half of what we expected even after having ordered various appetizers, wine, and desserts. It's a pity it's a little outside the center of Modena, but at least it has convenient parking. I highly recommend it; don't miss a place like this, it's a must-try. And for those who have doubts or issues regarding their digestion, I assure you that after consuming so many dishes, I would have expected some digestive difficulties or bloating, and to my great surprise, none occurred.

The only place in Modena that allows celiacs to enjoy a good ramen. Although it is not an AIC certified venue and does not have a separate kitchen, they pay special attention and are able to answer any questions related to allergens in the dishes. I am symptomatic and even a friend who came with me, we've never felt unwell here. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and a typical Japanese vegetable appetizer is always provided, varying each time based on availability. The venue is small and quiet, with many references to anime and Japan. Sometimes, K-pop background music is also played for fans of the genre.
