Le Stelle di Adua and the Adua's Roses bistro are the best gluten-free establishment in Modena and its province...even chefs like Bottura, Mr. Horacio Pagani, and other prominent figures use this place for everything gluten-free...first courses...second courses...pizzas, sandwiches, and focaccias...desserts...it's all so good you'd dare anyone to say it's gluten-free. Alessandro, the owner, is the best...Carmine...Lorena...everyone is top-notch and super friendly. Really...try it and believe it.

Tastefully decorated, the place is welcoming from the moment you arrive. The owner is friendly and offers thoughtful advice without being intrusive. The fresh gluten-free pasta is truly excellent—a pleasant surprise! Compliments on everything. The only small flaw, for my taste, is the lack of beer: I don't think it would detract from the elegance of the place, and in fact, I would suggest adding a quality craft beer, perhaps a local one, in the future.
