Good pizza, especially the dough. They offer both gluten and gluten-free pizza, with separate ovens in plain sight. The desserts are gluten-free. The only downside, in my opinion, is the price of the pizzas, which might be a bit too high.

Delicious pizza. I have celiac disease and had a sublime pizza here. Made in a separate open kitchen, which reassured me a lot. Even those with gluten were divine; at our request, we chose the thin crust ones, they are huge but very light. Fast yet impeccable service. Compliments!

We started from the recommendations of two different people, and I must say we landed on our feet! The place is really nice, but above all, the staff deserves a 10 out of 10! Tested for a person intolerant to gluten and I admit that the pizza was really excellent. Also, due to the overcrowding, we waited a few minutes for our table, but the owner pampered us during the wait with a glass of wine (DO NOT ask for it yourself, it’s rude). It’s definitely a place I recommend and I will surely return!

Tonight we tasted one of the best gluten-free pizzas ever. In this pizzeria, there are two different ovens to avoid flour contamination, so for those who eat gluten-free, I highly recommend it. However, you will not only find pizza on the gluten-free menu but many other dishes as well. If you want to eat good gourmet gluten-free pizza, you have to go to the pizzeria at the table with Delia! P.S. Everything is coordinated by a very efficient and helpful service.

They also make hamburgers from scottona. I also had gluten-free fries, which were good. There are various desserts: ricotta and pears, ricotta and rocher, baba, buckwheat pastiera, lactose-free chocolate profiteroles, three chocolate cake. I was already a customer at the old location, now I am even more!!! New place, very welcoming, paradoxically it might already seem small due to the incredible demand they have!! Pizza with various doughs: regular, thick, whole wheat, spelled, kamut, vegetable charcoal. But for celiacs, the BEST is naturally the gluten-free option: spectacular, if they don't tell you it's gluten-free, you won't even notice!! The menu also includes excellent healthy salads!!
