The only downsides are that those ordering gluten-free often have to wait a long time, so they serve people who arrive later first. It's also unclear how they handle the meat and fries (in terms of contamination), as they do not come from a separate kitchen like the other ingredients, but from areas where normal dishes are prepared.

My partner had his first kebab after discovering he is celiac, it was almost a dream to eat it together! Be careful of contamination, so much so that the ingredients are taken directly from the back and not from the display. Besides the kebab, the meatballs are also gluten-free and very good!

We left Milan to try this kebab in Modena because finally, after years, I was able to eat a complete sandwich since I have celiac disease and they make it gluten-free here as well. What can I say, it was an emotion. The staff was really kind and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. Prices were more than fair and reasonable. We had lunch there and then went to the center of Modena, which is very beautiful.
