Absolutely delicious! I've been coming here for many years and it never disappoints!! I'm celiac and the gluten-free pizza is one of the best I've ever had. Highly approved for celiacs, definitely give it a try!!!!🤍

Very, very good pizza, high-quality gluten-free dough! So many original flavors.

A great pizza. Fair prices.

Exceptional pizza dough!

Great pizza, very nice place. The gluten-free dough is very good (see photo of the vegetarian pizza). Certified AIC locality, many gluten-free pizzas available. Very quick staff. There is a huge multi-storey parking garage 5 minutes away on foot from the pizzeria.

Great gluten-free pizza and salad options The Mascarpone as dessert was really yummy

I tried this pizzeria that has been highly praised for the quality of the pizza. I have to confirm that the pizza is truly excellent, with high-quality ingredients and a well-made dough. Special applause goes to the gluten-free pizza, which is exceptional and does not make one miss the traditional one. On the less positive side, the place itself is not very large and the waiting area is rather limited, which can create some discomfort during peak hours. The major drawback, however, is the difficulty in making reservations: you need to plan several days in advance to find a spot, making last-minute decisions nearly impossible. Finally, the phone experience for booking is not always the most courteous, a small detail that clashes with the excellent quality of the product. Despite the organizational shortcomings, the pizza is definitely worth a try, especially for those looking for a great gluten-free option.

I have been to this pizzeria several times. The first time, during the week, the service was quick and the pizzas were excellent. The subsequent times on Saturday were a disaster. Disorganized and slow service. We ordered three pizzas, and they arrived with almost a 10-minute interval between the gluten-free one and the other two. (In addition, we waited 35 minutes from ordering to table). The dough of the whole wheat pizza seemed like a sheet of cardboard. The only real reason I would go back is that paradoxically, the gluten-free pizza was the best of the three ordered. Three pizzas and three beers, €62.

More than positive experience!!! It's the first place I encountered while looking for one suitable for celiacs. Very well frequented, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable about various intolerances, but the standout is the pizza!!! I had a white pizza with sausage and potatoes and lactose-free mozzarella, absolutely delicious!!!! It’s really hard to find the difference with a regular pizza. Truly congratulations!!! Go and try this exceptional pizza! Highly recommended!!!

good pizza!!! no contamination

Can you put 0? Gluten-free pizza (€14) was so greasy and soaked in oil that it stained my puffer jacket, my pants, and my car, all in less than 3 minutes from the pizzeria to my house. Obviously, the pizza had to be thrown away and my clothes sent to the dry cleaner. Their response? "It's just a bit of tuna oil, what can we do?" Without even bothering to remake the pizza or refund me the money.

truly excellent pizza!

We had the Dissonanti and Boscaiola. Both as gluten free. The gluten free base is exceptional. My wife loves gluten and even she for the first time said this was the best meal she has had in Italy so far. Definitely recommend!

They have excellent gluten-free pizza with a soft crust; if you don't want pizza, they offer gluten-free options only for main dishes, but not for pastas. The service is quite fast, reservation is recommended: on holidays, the place was quite full. Excellent management of celiac customers.

Pizza with and without gluten, very good!

very good pizza, surcharge not high (1 or 2€) for gluten-free

Really excellent pizza!!!

it's my favorite pizza! A certainty in Modena!
5
the best gluten-free pizza in my opinion, lighter compared to the others I have tried! very careful about contamination

This is the second time I come to eat here. The location is not too large but very delightful in decor and pleasant. The service is excellent, the staff very kind and helpful. The pizza - offered in many possible flavors and giving many of them the option to choose if they want flour type 1, whole grain, or gluten-free - is really good and easy to digest. The ingredients have an intense flavor and the aroma of the pizza is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

Nice place, maximum safety, I tried the pizza and I must say the dough is very good, obviously following safety protocols by trained staff. The pizza is well topped with quality products.

A lovely place just outside the center of Modena. Inside it’s small, but they compensate with an outdoor terrace. We come here often and only eat pizza. They offer both gluten-free pizza for Celiacs and regular pizza. Non-contamination is guaranteed as the gluten-free pizzas are made in a separate oven. The pizza is really good and digestible, both the classic and the one for Celiacs. There is a really wide selection of pizza options and more. Fair prices for being in the center of Modena, around €15-20 per person.

Located right next to the center of Modena, this pizzeria offers three types of dough (type 1 flour, whole grain, and gluten-free), along with some appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. I ordered a Salmon pizza (fior di latte, zucchini, smoked salmon and after cooking stracciatella, pink pepper, lemon zest, and olive oil). Regarding the toppings, I can say I'm quite satisfied (generous and of good quality), although the lemon zest was slightly overpowering, and I struggled to find the flavor of the pink pepper. The dough didn't win me over: in my opinion, it was a bit lacking in flavor and somewhat undercooked in certain parts of the pizza. The service was very quick (order taken around 8:00 PM, pizzas arrived in less than 10 minutes), although the waiters seemed a little awkward. The interior environment, while nice, is a bit too cramped for the various tables. Prices are reasonable considering the location near the center. I might return in the future and could recommend it to others, but personally, I don't consider it one of the best pizzas I've had in Modena.

Really top preparations, all of the highest quality, and very importantly, gluten-free. They are very attentive to other allergies as well. The pizza, both regular and gluten-free, is excellent with top ingredients. Fast and competent service with all the necessary attention. Well done, well done, well done—keep it up! Recommended for friends, groups, families, and couples. Prices are reasonable and just a stone's throw from the center.

my point of reference in Modena

Just a stone's throw from the historic center of Modena. Very good pizza, light and tasty. High-quality ingredients used and the option to choose from various doughs. There is also pizza with vegan mozzarella and one made with gluten-free dough.
4
delicious pizza, possible choice among different flavors and reasonable prices. the only downside is that they don't deliver on Saturday evenings. recommended!
5
Great pizza 🍕 really digestible. They also have gluten-free pizza, which my friend says is excellent. The pizzeria also has heated outdoor seating, but you're practically on the street. The evening went perfectly, served by an attentive young man and a lovely, cheerful waitress who was always ready to help if we needed anything. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Deserved!

the best pizza of all

Welcoming place, friendly staff, and really excellent gluten-free pizzas, among the best in Modena as far as I'm concerned. Informal venue for groups and others. I recommend it, I will gladly return.

really good pizza

great pizza with and without gluten!

An establishment located in the center of Modena. Easy to reach as it is near the Novi Park parking area. The place is very nice and in summer offers the possibility to eat outdoors. The pizza is very good, and the menu offers a wide choice; there are also various types of dough available, with the whole wheat being excellent and the gluten-free one worth trying.
4
Gluten-free pizza that is really very good and light!
5
Fantastic pizzeria, just like the pizzas they make. I came here with some of my friends and I must say that this pizzeria truly satisfied me. First of all, the pizza, as already mentioned, is delicious (even the gluten-free one). The service is fantastic and the bathrooms are well-maintained.

I ended up in an evening that was too crowded, and unfortunately, this didn't make me feel 100% safe. Additionally, not all the waiters knew how to handle gluten-free options.
4
In the city center, you can find pizzas made with regular, wholemeal, and gluten-free dough and choose from both traditional and more unique flavors. Fair prices; for a stuffed pizza, a Coke, and/or wine or beer, I never spent more than 15 euros. A cozy place. The only downside is that they are sometimes a bit late due to the restaurant always being very busy. But highly recommended!

I had dinner on Saturday evening at 9 PM, so during peak hours, and indeed, it is quite chaotic as mentioned in other reviews, but nothing so absurd that I couldn't talk to my neighbor. I had a fried pizza with sausage, absolutely digestible, and a craft beer with chestnuts (very good but a bit pricey). I will definitely go back! The only downside is the few variations allowed... gluten-free alternatives and wholemeal dough!

The pizza is great. They also have one for celiacs, and I would say it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. However, there is a lot of confusion; the place is always very crowded. Additionally, I found out that substitutions of ingredients count as modifications and are charged. Nonetheless, the food is excellent.

When the waitress told us that we could have a mixed round pizza (divided in half, with one half being one flavor and the other half a different flavor), our eyes lit up. Very good pizza (with the option to choose the type of flour between regular, whole grain, and gluten-free), cooked well, the right amount of ingredients, and very good. Super fast service and the staff were very friendly. I will return.

A small and cute restaurant, favored by young people. The space is limited, the tables are very close together, and it gets quite loud when the place is full. There are also tables outside on the sidewalk, but they are right next to the street, so they are exposed to the exhaust fumes of passing cars. There is a wide selection of pizzas, and the quality is good. The gluten-free pizza is quite expensive.
