I was really excited about this place! I chose to eat here for the gluten-free options, and I must say the food was simply delicious: authentic flavors, traditional Modenese dishes, very well presented, and great attention to quality. It's rare to find a place that combines taste and safety so well for those with intolerances. The environment is welcoming and well-designed, a place where you feel comfortable immediately. A special thank you also goes to the owners who work here, very kind, available, and really welcoming. I will definitely return; it was a truly positive experience in every way!

Artisan fresh pasta laboratory that exceeded my expectations. I tasted tortellini and pumpkin tortelloni, truly amazing. The taste of Emilia’s tradition gluten-free... and without any difference in flavor!! Not to mention the ragù... I highly recommend a visit to this artisan workshop, whether you are celiac or simply a lover of good cuisine. I will definitely return.
