The 'Pizzeria Bisteccheria Triticum' offers a wide gluten-free menu, with a separate kitchen to ensure maximum safety. The quality of the pizzas is excellent, both traditional and gourmet, as well as the fried dishes. The place is informal and welcoming, with attentive and friendly staff.

Customer attention tending to 0. They don’t bring the menu, don’t take away empty plates, don’t know what to bring to which table, and you risk that your pizza never arrives (like at the nearby table). You skip dessert out of despair, fearing a 50-minute wait. Lastly, there’s a piece of fish (which I don’t eat) hidden in the margherita pizza. However, I must say that the pizza and the appetizer are good, everything is digestible. The price is average to low. You decide for yourself.

What would the weekend be without Triticum's pizza? It's now a fixed stop to get pizza, fried foods, and Nutella focaccia, strictly gluten-free from them. Maximum safety for contamination guaranteed by the separate gluten-free oven.

Pleasant discovery. Pizzeria with a double kitchen to avoid contamination. Therefore, there is a separate menu entirely dedicated to gluten-free options. The olive ascolane and pizzottelle with cured meats are excellent. The pizza (Margherita with Buffalo mozzarella) is good, although perhaps the center was a bit too thin. There is a choice of gluten-free dough between 'normal' flour and wholemeal flour. The 'gluten' pizzas are also excellent. For non-celiacs, meat is also available on the menu. Attentive and friendly staff.

I have been to this place where I hadn't been for a while. It continues to be a certainty. Amazing pizza with the option to choose gluten-free. It remains the best in the area. Impeccable service, all young, polite, and professional staff; Barbara served us and gave us the best recommendations. Great for both families and dinners with friends.

First time in this venue, very spacious with a large capacity and being Saturday it was very crowded. We found great organization and management of the room by the staff, which is not always easy to find in such large places. Friendly and professional staff. Gluten-free pizzas and fried foods were very good and made with quality ingredients. Reasonable cost. We will definitely return.

We booked and had dinner yesterday. It wasn't the first time, and the pizza, with and without gluten, is delicious. The service is always a bit slow, and you have to catch the attention of a waiter to order or ask for something. Last night they didn't inform us right away that we would have to wait a bit, and instead, after the appetizer, we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for the pizza. It can happen that a place has serious issues once, but at least, during the wait, comfort the customers with a small appetizer or a discount on the bill. We left disappointed!

Discovered thanks to a friend who lives nearby, I fell in love! I am celiac, and at my table there were omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans... everyone ate without problems, so thank you! Top gluten-free supplì and pizzottelle, top pizza, and the masterpiece were the little dough clouds with Nutella and mascarpone cream! Everything was delicious and light... and until not long ago, I could only eat supplì this good if I made them myself! We'll see each other soon; I want to introduce you to other people!

I returned to Triticum after a long time. The place specializes in pizzas and also offers gluten-free and lactose-free options. The variety of pizzas suitable for those with intolerances is wide, and the prices are reasonable. I ordered a sliced steak asking for medium doneness, but unfortunately, I found it tough and hard to eat. The pizza, however, was enjoyable. The service was a bit slow, but the girls who served us were very kind. I recommend arriving early, as the parking reserved for the place does not offer many spots.

There is nothing to complain about the quality of the pizzas with well-made dough and the variety, as well as the possibility of gluten-free/lactose-free options, but the waiting times turned out to be biblical (after an hour and a half the pizzas still hadn't arrived despite reminders); we also decided to skip dessert because it was indeed "getting late" and considering that parking is very problematic, I would say they are unlikely to see me again. One piece of advice: you cannot prioritize takeaways at the expense of seated customers, as they are considered "already acquired."

Cute place. I had a carbonara pizza that was quite good. The fries (appetizers) were good but bland and hard. Convenient spot for celiacs because they have two ovens, one with gluten and one without.

Endless wait, always out of sync with the courses. The celiac finished eating and the others are still waiting for the appetizer. I have eaten there several times and there is always too much waiting. Portions greatly reduced, greasy artichoke, and the dessert also arrived after a long wait... it was warm. What a shame.

I find it a really beautiful environment, well-kept and clean, with parking and friendly and welcoming waiters. The menu is very varied, starting from pizza both normal and gluten-free and lactose-free, the fried food is delicious and of all types, and then there are excellent and affordable meat menus, the desserts are fabulous... Both the inside and outside of the restaurant are beautiful.. The only drawback in summer is the overheating of the control panel which frequently causes the lights to go out and delays the dishes at the table. I hope you resolve the issue quickly... Despite this, I recommend it, indeed highly recommend it.

A truly beautiful environment, on an inner street, with an excellent outdoor space. The menu is extensive, with various choices of pizza and supplì. There is also a meat menu (4 actually), for those who do not like pizza, and a gluten-free menu for those in need. The biggest downside is the service: • between the table, the drink orders, the dish orders, and bringing the dishes to the table, 4 to 5 people pass by. Moreover, the dishes are left carelessly on the table. • the pizzas have definitely worsened, the calzone I ordered turned out dry and doughy. Such a pity because I had a wonderful memory of this dish. Another negative point is the total "smoking free area" throughout the outdoor space, except for a lost corner near the gate, as if we were contagious. Ah, on top of all this, they lost my order. 2/5, not recommended, with regret, but not recommended.

Being lactose intolerant, when I crave pizza I go to Triticum. Light, tasty, and well-seasoned pizzas. The meat is also very good. Wide selection of draft beers. They deserve appreciation for the attention they have given to gluten-free diners, with a menu and kitchen exclusively for them. I have been there several times for aperitif as well, which is nice in spring/summer when you can sit outside. There is parking available, although on weekends, considering the clientele, it fills up. Despite everything, you can find a spot nearby. The staff is always very kind and efficient. Recommended.

The place is large both outside and inside. It is better to make a reservation anyway. Wide variety of pizzas and appetizers. The paper menu might be a bit "chaotic". There is also a menu for celiacs. The pizzas are thin, with a decent taste; perhaps the one I ordered (zucchini flowers, anchovies, and mozzarella) needed a bit more seasoning... It was too dry and the flowers were too raw. The dough is light. Fast service, the staff is kind, available, and friendly. The quality-price ratio is average.

I didn't know this pizzeria, it's a great reference point for us celiacs. Perhaps the best gluten-free pizza in Rome. The fried dishes are excellent, all in total safety as it's a place recommended by AIC, and the beer is great too... a real gem, S.G in Rome and for everyone else. Rating: 10

A nice and very spacious place, with a wide variety of choices for celiac and non-celiac. For those who do not want pizza, there are two meat menus available, one with steak and the other with sliced meat or hamburgers. Often crowded, the service suffers a bit in speed (we really waited a long time to eat a pizza)!

Let's start with the important things! High-quality pizza and truly delicious gourmet pizzas. The fried items and meat are also impressive. The gluten-free dough area is highly appreciated - it's glass-enclosed and staffed by dedicated personnel. Truly a rarity. A nice and informal venue for all evenings; attentive and fast staff. There's also a dedicated area for kids with slides and balls to let the children have fun while enjoying dinner. For the safety of the kids, there's also an entertainer. The Pachino and Buffalo Triticum pizza is a must-try!
