Inedible gluten-free pizza, I have been celiac for 23 years and I have NEVER had to leave a pizza, in this case a marinara. The base is undoubtedly industrially made, slightly thicker than a Frisbee and more similar to sliced bread than pizza dough; also, on the bottom of the dough, there were not even the slightest traces of flour, proving it was packaged and (not excluding) possibly even frozen. The topping was at the same level: the tomato sauce inside had seeds, at first I thought I had misheard, but by the fourth time they got stuck in my teeth, I felt like I was eating a salad. Furthermore, the aforementioned sauce had an ulcer-inducing acidity; I have no idea who your supplier is, but having tomato that sometimes tastes like lemon would be a very valid reason for me to change it. The funny thing is that you are also partnered with AIC: what’s the point of offering gluten-free alternatives if the quality is like this? Might as well not bother.

An evening with friends... we decide on pizza tonight and opt for this place mainly because I know they also serve gluten-free, which is the only one I can eat. This venue has a long porch with several tables overlooking a small square, but we choose not to sit there due to the humidity in the air; we prefer the interior with air conditioning. Inside, there are few people, which is a good thing as we can dine in peace... the owner warmly greets us and lets us choose the table we prefer. The service is quick and efficient, and the pizza is good, but what impressed me most was the portion of dessert that my friends managed to devour... an exaggerated amount, with the price in line with the city's prices! It was a lovely evening, and we will definitely do it again!!

Always kind, attentive, and available; the pizza is excellent, and the mixed fried food is amazing! AIC venue with a separate kitchen for gluten-free dishes. Absolutely recommended even for celiac and intolerant individuals. My daughter loves their gluten-free pizza.
