The best pizza in Milan, I came across Papiro by chance when I wasn't gluten intolerant yet. Highly recommended also for lactose intolerant people. The gluten and lactose-free pistachio cake is exceptional.

I ate an excellent gluten-free and lactose-free four seasons pizza. I liked it because it was light, not greasy, and not too salty as it sometimes happens. According to those who tasted the 'normal' pizza, it was truly good. The service was impeccable and quick. The waitress in the dining area was welcoming and nice. The choice of pizzas is wide, with vegan and gluten-free options also for appetizers, desserts, and more. Air conditioning is available.

Discovered by chance! Amazing! Simple place, but well-kept and welcoming! We arrived definitely outside of hours, almost close to closing time, and the owner was kind and quick! We ate two exceptional pizzas! My gluten-free one is the best Neapolitan pizza I have had in Milan! They have modernized the venue very well. The anti-COVID separé are nice, they provide decoration and guarantee a bit of privacy as well as health protection. Menu with QR code. Vegan desserts. Pizza bases of various kinds (whole grain, charcoal, gluten-free, etc.). Average prices. I recommend it. The pizza is quite good, mine was a bit dry, and the toppings on my friends' pizzas were scarce, that's why I don't give 5 stars. Just saying it was enough and they integrated.

Great idea with the different doughs and vegan ingredients, perfect for vegans or even those who are allergic or intolerant. The problem, however, lies at the foundation; the fermentation with sourdough was not successful, leaving the dough under-risen and somewhat raw on the inside. Let’s just say the idea is there, but the technique needs improvement, perhaps by reducing the menu and focusing better on fewer items. Still, I give three stars because I hope that places with this approach continue to work and that there will be more of them.

Extremely kind, discreet, and knowledgeable staff. Rich selection of doughs and varieties of pizzas. Vast options for vegans, vegetarians, celiacs, and those intolerant to lactose. We chose two delicious pizzas: sausage and friarielli & Zola, bacon, onions, eggs... quite light, I must say! Despite that, we didn't feel heavy at all (incredible). Excellent dough and fermentation, just like the ingredients! My new favorite pizzeria :)
