I am celiac and I went out to eat with a friend who is gluten intolerant. The restaurant had two ovens and two separate areas for preparation. I don't want to blame them, but we both felt unwell that night. It seemed safe, but the coincidence made us doubt.

The best pizza in Turin! Excellent dough and quality ingredients. Even the gluten-free pizza is really excellent: my boyfriend was thrilled with it. The gluten-free desserts are also great, really delicious. We will definitely come back!

We had dinner as a group of five. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas. The pizza was very good, including the gluten-free option. Lactose-free mozzarella was also available. If someone doesn’t finish their pizza, they can take it home, but there is a charge of €1.00 for the packaging. The place was strangely empty (Wednesday evening).

First time here after the management change. When we arrived, there were only a few customers in the place, and by the end, my partner and I were left alone. He ordered a farinata as an appetizer, I had a small pot of trevisana with pecorino. Aside from the fact that I expected it to be served in a cocotte or something similar, the vegetable was so salty that I couldn't eat it. I asked for bread (which usually should be brought to the table first) and it was served late, when it was no longer needed (by the way, it was strips of gluten-free pizza dough that were a bit undercooked). The wait between courses was really long, considering the place was empty. The pizzas had plenty of toppings and were well-cooked, and we liked them even though I couldn't finish mine. I ordered a tiramisu for dessert, which was also quite good. The waiter who served us seemed a bit distracted, while the lady was kind and friendly (and also the pizzaiolo was very polite). Overall, I would obviously return because the food is good, but the service needs improvement.

Pleasant and not too chaotic pizzeria, the pizza is light and very good, as is the dessert. The wait to be served was really very short, the staff seemed attentive, courteous, and kind, and finally, the bill was very reasonable. Recommended to everyone, especially to those who want to eat gluten-free pizza or wholemeal crust.

The place is beautiful and very well-kept. The pizzas are excellent, with various types of flour all using sourdough. There are pizzas for those intolerant to GLUTEN, and also pizzas without LACTOSE; desserts are also available for those with intolerances. I must commend this because I have been looking for a pizzeria that caters to lactose intolerance for a long time and that’s why I will become a regular customer. Additionally, they have a location on Via San Donato 29, DOLCELIA, where they make desserts by order and have a bar corner serving desserts also for intolerant individuals. Soon, I will also write a review of the DOLCELIA place.

I visited this place three times before writing a review. The gluten pizza is of medium-low quality, and the service is confused and brusque: they get the table deliveries wrong, take orders from those who arrive later first, and you have to repeat your choices twice as the waitress wants (first the pizzas, then the drinks, but two pizzas and two beers is not difficult, and the manner counts...), if the place is full they let waiting customers lurk like hawks near your table. Ugh. Better can be done. A lot.

Pizzeria with a gluten-free offer that is always very busy; my uncle and I had dinner in the outdoor area a few weeks ago. Good pizzas but the dough wasn't to our liking; we don't know if the oven was actually wood-fired because from the pools it didn't seem so! Nevertheless, we were satisfied at the end of the meal, but both of us were very thirsty afterwards (our pizzas were margherita style, so no super salty cheese) and we didn't digest very well. I hope to try it again and change my mind! Very kind staff.

Bad surprise! I have been coming to this pizzeria for years and I have always eaten a good gluten-free pizza. On Sunday, however, as soon as it arrived, I immediately noticed the difference because visually it was already different, it wasn't great and I even had difficulty cutting it. I hope next time to eat the usual good gluten-free pizza.

I ate a really good gluten-free pizza... Even the zeppola di San Giuseppe that we shared was a surprise! Very good. The only downside was the wait time; even though we had a reservation, we had to wait an hour from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM, even though we had already ordered. Unfortunately, they prioritize takeout pizzas.

A small but welcoming place with available and knowledgeable staff. What makes this venue unique is the quality of the gluten-free pizza, which is nothing short of perfect! It's so good that often those with me choose the gluten-free option to avoid contamination. The desserts are absolutely recommended, especially the zeppole, which have a fabulous cream. In my opinion, this is the best gluten-free pizzeria in all of Turin.

I found myself here by chance (I was looking for Dolcelia but once inside I realized that the venues were connected; I thought I was in a gluten-free bakery/pastry shop following Google Maps, and instead I ended up in a pizzeria! And I would say it was a pleasant misunderstanding :D) I had the best farinata I've ever eaten in my life! I took a risk because until that moment I always thought I hated it, but I wanted to try it, opting for the chance to have it stuffed. I chose raw ham as the filling, and a major point of merit, it was of excellent quality and...really abundant! Since it was lunchtime, there was a menu for 8 euros, so I completed the meal with a draft Pepsi and a soy macchiato, completely satisfied, in short!!! Service was a bit inexperienced but surely improvable over time because kindness is all there! Thank you and see you next time :)

What makes it special are the quality of the food, particularly the pizza, and the deliciousness of the desserts (all gluten-free), crowned by the courtesy and professionalism of the waitstaff: Nausica and Gloria. Really excellent gluten-free pizza, I had the "primavera" which is white and with raw ingredients, it was a delight with every bite, also a sign of the quality of the raw materials. There isn’t a dessert list, but many are mentioned by the friendly waitress, all gluten-free. I tried a panna cotta and an apple crumble, and despite hating cinnamon, I ate it all with pleasure. For breakfast the next day, I tasted their croissant, heated for a few seconds in the microwave (as they recommended), and despite my reluctance and its uninviting appearance (typical of gluten-free croissants), it was another surprise, delicious even plain and not too heavy.

Very modern place, definitely excellent alternatives for those with celiac disease. The pizza itself, however, is not very good, let’s be honest. The mozzarella looks very much like melted cheese both in appearance and taste, and the quality is certainly not exceptional. It is not possible to split the bill even when paying with Satispay, I wonder why, given that the place was empty at the time of payment. Nice place, but I certainly won't go back.
