We went last night with my boyfriend. I should mention that I am celiac and he ate the gluten-free dishes with me. They are very well-organized for celiac disease, which is a plus. As an appetizer, we ordered a typical dish from Gaeta: the votapiatto di calamarelle. We were particularly struck by the quality of the ingredients; the small squid were soft and melt-in-your-mouth, while the crunchy texture provided by the flour (I believe rice flour) contributed to the excellent outcome of the dish. During our stay in Gaeta, we tried it for dinner and we liked it so much that we returned for a second time within a few days. It's possible to find the entire menu in a gluten-free version. We particularly enjoyed the appetizers and the first courses, but the main dishes and desserts were also delicious. The staff was helpful and kind, the place was welcoming, and the quality-to-price ratio was excellent. Central location and very close to the waterfront! Go there!

My boyfriend and I were visiting Gaeta, looking for a place that also offered gluten-free options since I am celiac, and by chance, while searching online, we found this restaurant. We were very satisfied, both with the high quality of the food and with Davide's professionalism. In my opinion, the quality of the food is very high, and the care and passion shown by Davide make everything even more special. Excellent value for money. We hope to return soon.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner, both gluten intolerant, to this place with a very cozy veranda. We appreciated all the completely gluten-free dishes from the starter to the dessert, especially made with care and dedication by the chef. Care was taken in every detail of the service and the dinner; gluten-free paccheri cooked to perfection, super fresh and light fried dishes, but the deconstructed cannolo was the cherry on top. Absolutely recommended for everyone, but especially for those with intolerances or allergies.

We had lunch, served directly by the attentive, welcoming, and passionate owner. Maximum attention to gluten-free cooking: the entire menu is designed to manage cross-contamination. I had the mixed fried fish, the quality of the fish was exceptional. The best in recent years. If it had been possible, I would have given more stars. Love at first encounter. I will definitely return and will recommend it to relatives and friends, even those who are not celiac.
