I visited this place during a dinner for two. The venue is very nice, located in the historic center of Galatina. You can eat both inside and outside. We chose this place because it is almost the only one in the area that ensures safety regarding gluten-free products (if I remember correctly, they also have AIC certification). We ordered a portion of fries as an appetizer, a classic pinsa with sausage and potatoes, and a gluten-free puccia (substituted with two buns) with capocollo and other Salento specialties. The products were excellent, tasty, fresh, and flavorful. The staff was present, attentive, kind, and available. Great attention was given to lactose-free options as well as gluten-free. Prices might be a bit high for what you eat, but still within the norm. Recommended. Update: visited during a large event in the city and I must say that the staff was not as attentive as the first time. However, I confirm the general feelings from the first visit.
