Ristorante Benvenuti Al Sud di Fabio Panico | Gluten-free in Torino

Largo Luca della Robbia, 28, Torino

'Benvenuti Al Sud' offers a welcoming culinary experience with a wide selection of pizzas and gluten-free dishes. The venue is family-friendly, thanks to the monitored play area. The gluten-free pizza is excellent, although some diners would appreciate more typical Neapolitan sweets.

Spacious and welcoming atmosphere with caring and friendly as well as competent service. Tasty menu. Honest prices in line with generous and quality portions. Only small downside: 3 shrimp in the mixed fried dish of shrimp, squid, and anchovies. Noted. I will try again because the place is not bad and I would like to try the pizza.

Despite not having lactose-free options, the pizza is really excellent. I will definitely return to try other dishes from their cuisine!

Great pizza! We ordered takeout, I got the pizza with croquettes and cooked ham. It seemed a bit lacking in toppings but it was really good. The gluten-free pizza seemed smaller in size but it was quite filling.

The gluten-free pizza costs the same as those with gluten-containing flours. A round of applause for the managers!

I had previously visited this place with a friend who is celiac because they offer various gluten-free dishes. Other times, I always had first courses (which were very good), but this time I opted for the hamburger. It was an excellent choice as I tasted one of the best hamburgers of my life: unique and exquisite bread, quality meat, and two brilliant touches that make this sandwich really different: the lardo di patanegra and the mayonnaise made with crushed peppers... It truly delighted me!! All of this was accompanied by handmade potato chips! My friend was also very happy with the gluten-free pizza. The staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. We will definitely return.

Very welcoming and clean place. The service was really impeccable and friendly. We had a great time! Excellent gluten-free pizza. For the exact fifteen minutes of waiting, we were offered some single portion taralli. The desserts were also superb, and for those who prefer tiramisu... sublime! And to finish, one of the best coffees I've ever had. Really great in everything, including hospitality. We felt very good and satisfied. Also, excellent prices, which is definitely a plus. Congratulations!!!

It's a restaurant-pizzeria that I personally liked both for the cuisine and for the pizza. It's a place suitable for celiacs, with pizzas and dishes cooked gluten-free, and it's well organized for families since it has a play area where you can keep an eye on the children because it is separated from the dining area by a glass wall. You can enjoy your dinner because on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) there's an entertainer who takes care of the children. The diners who had dinner with me, however, felt that for being a place called "Welcome to the South," they should include other typical Neapolitan desserts like babà, in addition to pastiera, and a few more southern dishes. But it's also true that we went during the Christmas holidays, maybe on non-holiday days you can find more options. The venue is not huge, and the downside is that unfortunately clothes, hair, etc., are affected by the cooking odors and fried food, which you end up taking home with you.
