We returned for the second time, this time with friends, and once again, the place did not disappoint. Despite being full (really full!), the service was impeccable: timely, friendly, and attentive staff who never made us feel neglected. We all ordered different first courses and each of us was satisfied. The dishes arrived carefully prepared, well-balanced in flavors, and you can tell that the quality of the ingredients is high. An important detail: they are very attentive to gluten-free needs, which we greatly appreciated. It's rare to find a place where those with special dietary requirements can eat comfortably and without feeling "different." Warm, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a quiet evening or a dinner among friends. We will definitely return and bring more friends with us!

Going to Past a Porter is like going home. A vast selection of pasta and dressings from the Italian tradition. Suitable for many intolerances and diets: if you have gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-intolerant friends, it will be the place that accommodates everyone! The staff is always very welcoming and smiling :)

Very beautiful location and excellent food. The tasting menu, both seafood and meat, is truly outstanding, and the desserts are fantastic. Dishes that are a feast for the eyes as well, with friendly and skilled staff. The whole experience is also gluten-free. We highly recommend it.

As a celiac from Turin, I had never had the chance to try traditional Roman gluten-free dishes. Here, I had aglio e olio for the first time. It satisfied me. The location is really nice, very beautiful decor and colors, but unfortunately it's a bit small. Prices are reasonable.

Great choice even gluten-free, from the most traditional pasta to dishes that follow seasonal ingredients. Friendly and attentive staff. Welcoming place, in one of the most vibrant areas of Turin.

Really delicious! They welcome you with toasted bread and rice cakes, fantastic pasta with the option to choose from several sauces, really good! Even among the appetizers, there are some options; I had the Cacio&Pepe potatoes, which are truly extraordinarily tasty! Attentive staff available for advice and clarifications.

Impeccable! It feels like being in Rome, eating a gluten-free gricia near the Colosseum! Nice place, although a bit small. Wide selection of appetizers and delicious pasta!

Trendy venue, you can see the love that has been put into creating a welcoming and cheerful place. The food is excellent and there are many options even gluten-free for us celiacs and for vegans/vegetarians. The combinations of various ingredients are spectacular, and it is worth returning to try the entire menu. Highly recommended place for both dinners with friends and romantic dinners, a beautiful discovery!

In the heart of the Turin nightlife (San Salvario), a nice, well-kept, and welcoming venue. A wide selection of dishes from appetizers, first courses, and main courses! A great option for those who are celiac, but not just for them! You can enjoy a dinner from appetizer to dessert! Friendly and professional staff!

Highly recommended if you want to go out for dinner enjoying a nice plate of pasta, which is their specialty. There are various toppings, from the most typical to the less common, but the quality is very high. There are also many appetizers and exquisite desserts (chocolate soufflé with a scoop of ice cream). The place is not huge but well-kept, although the outdoor seating is a bit uncomfortable. The staff is kind and not oppressive, and the cost is fair for the quality they offer. The menu is also rich for celiac customers. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by!

What can I say..? It really is the case of the saying 'better few but good'! The menu features some very tasty and flavorful appetizers; the rest of the menu focuses on different cuts of pasta, short or long, with a choice of four or five sauces that vary each time based on the season. Everything is accompanied by an excellent choice of wines served either by the glass or in quartino, and finally in bottles. Special attention is given to the gluten-free menu; it is not certified yet, but I speak as a celiac person and can guarantee the quality of the products and the non-contamination with the rest of the food. The desserts are delicious! Good service and a very welcoming place, ideal for romantic evenings or with friends... Paride is very knowledgeable and will make you feel at ease! Highly recommended!!!!
