Discovered by chance, a wonderful find. We chose the tasting menu recommended by the friendly waitstaff, each course a fantastic surprise. Special mention to the rabbit ravioli in cacciatore style, garlic oil and chili spaghetti, chicory nigiri, and chicken skewers. I will definitely return!

Very trendy locale despite being highly advertised, I was really surprised. First of all, as soon as you arrive, you notice the cleanliness of the place and the girls and guys who work there are really very kind and polite. Then every dish was an explosion of flavors, fantastic combinations; the advertisement does not do justice to the truth of the place, the flavors, the quality of the food. I highly recommend it to all lovers of Roman cuisine to try this fusion.... it is really at a very high level... We will return.... I almost forgot, it's all gluten-free!!!! P.S. Well done, guys! The idea is great and the result is excellent. I tried this restaurant out of curiosity for the enticing idea of combining classic sushi with Roman cuisine. The result is pleasant for the palate, the environment is enjoyable and well-furnished, and the smiling staff, which is not a small thing these days. Full marks, we will return as soon as possible. Reasonable prices and generous portions make this fusion an excellent experience to try. Everything is gluten-free.

We continue our search for a Roman-Japanese fusion: that's why we came to visit the guys at Japporomano. Japporomano is not actually a fusion, but rather an alternative way to experience Roman cuisine using a Japanese format. The uniqueness of this place lies in the authentic Roman cuisine served in a Japanese style! The venue, very nice and well-located, has several seating areas and a comfortable counter where you can settle in for an almost mystical experience, halfway between a Roman trattoria and a sushi bar. The presence of robatayaki, the typical Japanese "grill", amplifies the cooking and thus increases the already high appeal of Japporomano. Letâs move on to our meal (visible in the highlighted stories). What really impressed us (impression is indeed the right word!) is the ability of the team to perfectly simulate a Roman gastronomic experience using Eastern forms and preparation methods. We saw #gunkan (huge and super filled) being prepared as if we were sitting at a classy sushi bar, but as soon as we tasted one, it felt like taking a forkful of tonnarelli made by grandma! Itâs really hard to describe the feelings we experienced or to tell you which dishes we liked the most. However, we ask you to definitely try the #rolls #Carbonara (đˇ), Vaccinara, and Gricia (we wonât tell you the ingredients because - wouldnât you know - they are exactly the same as the original recipes) and let us know if you also felt like you had a forkful of pasta in your mouth. In summary, Japporomano is: excellent cuisine, true Roman authenticity, Japanese order and precision, care in preparations, attention to customers (thanks to care for celiacs and sealed bag delivery), and great, great taste. An original and delightful idea to prepare Roman dishes in a Japanese style using quality ingredients to create exceptional flavors. The choice to cook everything strictly gluten-free and without the possibility of contamination is highly appreciated. The managers are very nice and the prices are below average. Absolutely worth trying!
