Freedom Lounge Bakery was one of the best discoveries of our stay in Turin. The location is really strategic, just a few steps from Piazza San Carlo, perfect for a break during a visit to the historic center. We had breakfast here in a group consisting of both celiacs and non-celiacs, and we were all very satisfied. As a celiac, I can say that I found one of the best gluten-free croissants I've ever eaten in Italy: well-laminated, fragrant, soft, and truly rich in flavor. A product that doesn't make you miss the traditional one. Since breakfast had won us over, after our visit to the nearby Egyptian Museum, we returned for lunch. The savory dishes were equally up to expectations. A place I recommend without hesitation, both for celiacs and non-celiacs. Excellent quality, friendly staff, a very convenient location, and an offer that encourages you to return.

The only downside is the limited space, it's a shame the upstairs area isn't open, often there's a queue and it's hard to find a seat. Courteous staff.
