This creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, which pairs well with the variety of beers and wines offered. Personal Reflections: I was satisfied with the focaccia and the Nashville platter, the beef tagliata was also very good and mostly good was the pizza, but I personally preferred the quality of the meat. The staff was very kind, and the owner Ubaldo is a very nice and sociable gentleman; Omar served us at our table and was also very pleasant and gave us good advice. In Conclusion: Nashville is an excellent choice for a variety of customers, thanks to its wide culinary offering and included services. Although the quality of service may vary, the overall experience is very positive, with small margins for improvement. If you're in the area, you should try it.

I have known this pizzeria for years and it is always of high quality. It is located a bit off the beaten path compared to the classic local spots, slightly outside the GRA at the Fidene exit, and immersed in greenery. The owner is an incredible person, very kind and attentive as well as having strong values. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The pizza dough is excellent and is a blend of flours that makes the pizza very tasty and well topped. Perhaps that’s why they placed 2nd in the classic pizza world championship in 2018. They also offer focaccia, and next time I want to try the stacked pinsa. You can choose the pizza base between crunchy, soft, pinsa, and gluten-free, and there is also the option to request lactose-free mozzarella. Overall, the menu is good and everything is delicious, from the excellent appetizers and fried dishes to the meat that can be chosen from the wide refrigerator case, sourced from Poland, Denmark, the USA, and also the excellent Italian Chianina. All of this can be enjoyed with excellent beer, ending with a homemade dessert, and I really liked the sbriciolona. The location is very nice, rustic, warm, and welcoming. The establishment is always very busy, so it’s better to make a reservation.
