The venue is very beautiful and well-maintained inside, the service is good. The idea of this restaurant is to bring to the table all organic and biodynamic products. In fact, regarding the menu, I really appreciated the variety of choices among meat dishes, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. However, while the menu looked promising, the execution left me a bit disappointed. The starter 'millefoglie of eggplant and buffalo mozzarella' was decent, the sun-dried tomatoes were exceptional, but something was missing—either a seasoning or a flavor that would add that extra touch. The 'kamut spaghetti with black truffle and ricotta' was disappointing; I could barely taste the truffle, while the amount of ricotta made the dish somewhat doughy in my opinion. A positive note towards the end, the croquembouche was truly excellent. Recommended for those who enjoy tasting products 'natural' without strong or rich flavors; for me personally, everything was a bit too bland.
