I go for lunch break, I get a gluten-free sandwich, chips, and a drink. 20 minutes to receive my order, during which I note that I've already been waiting a good 10 minutes, and I’m told they have a procedure for gluten-free (which consists of defrosting a precooked sandwich in the microwave). Finally, I receive my order and the sandwich is frozen; I point this out to the staff, who respond sharply, telling me that this is how it is for gluten-free (only with them, because in other locations of the same chain I’ve never had issues with waiting or quality). They give me a second sandwich after 10 more minutes, and it's also cold and frozen. I take a bite but can't eat it. The moral of the story: 40 minutes and 12 euros for a portion of fries and a Coca-Cola, and a ruined lunch break. I don’t want to argue with the staff again. I get up, leave the sandwich and also the hopes of having lunch. The place is nice because it’s historic, but the staff, in my opinion, is completely disorganized.
