Mate offers an experience of farm-to-table cuisine and agricultural pizza with gluten-free options. Although it has a slightly thicker crust, the pizza baked in a separate oven is considered quite good. Local raw materials enhance the dishes, making the place an inviting option for those looking for gluten-free alternatives.

Good pizza, even though there's little variety.

Gluten-free pizza was quite good (but I am new to this and don’t have many comparisons), limited choice of toppings, I had a vegetable pizza and besides the usual zucchini, there were carrots (no thanks). Otherwise, the pizza arrived alongside the gluten pizzas and therefore made for a nice dinner with company. Price was a bit high.

I had heard about this restaurant from acquaintances and finally today I had the chance to go there. I was in a hurry and the service was very quick. The gluten-free pizza was delicious, I've never found a better one. Not just good among gluten-free options, but GOOD OVERALL. Ingredients of excellent quality. My son had a hamburger. He was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bread first and overall by all the ingredients. An excellent experience, I will definitely return. The lunch offer is wide. However, be mindful of intolerances. Prices are super affordable. A very nice and well-maintained environment.

Spacious modern venue in industrial style located in the historic center of Treviglio in Piazza Garibaldi. Menu for all tastes, from beef tartare to vegetarian hamburgers, as well as gluten-free dishes, making it suitable for celiacs. Excellent dishes prepared with products sourced directly from their agricultural cooperative. Prices are appropriate for the quality of the excellent ingredients used. I rated the service four stars because the wait was a bit long, although justifiable since it was a Saturday evening.
