I called and, not being an AIC informed local, I asked the usual questions about contamination and safety for celiacs. Unfortunately, I didn’t trust them because the only precaution they use is to bake the gluten-free pizza alongside the regular ones, raised on a platform. They couldn't even answer my question about the flour used for dusting; they simply said, "The celiacs who have come to eat have never complained." Now, I don’t expect them to take a course, but at this point, they either need to seriously inform themselves or it’s better they advise against their gluten-free pizza for celiacs because health is no joke and not everyone experiences contamination symptomatically! I rather recommend the Ristorante Pizzeria La Margherita (a venue already mentioned on this app to add it to the list), which is also located in Montichiari, AIC informed for years and where the food is very good!
