Certificate AIC locale. They do not have a separate kitchen. Quite a small restaurant. Practically the entire menu available gluten-free. I tried a poached egg with truffle (the first one they brought me was unfortunately hard, I pointed it out and they quickly remedied the mistake by making me another one without problems). The dish was not particularly memorable anyway. I then tried a first course (tagliatelle with wild boar ragù) which was quite good. The orders were taken by "memory"; it's true we were only 2, but maybe for more security (considering the gluten-free meal) I would have appreciated it more if they had written them down. Even when the dishes were brought out, it was never specified/confirmed that the dish served was gluten-free. Generally, I appreciate when it is indicated or made evident by "marking" the dish. The staff was courteous.

Delicious food, truly of high quality. The staff is kind and willing to accommodate a variety of needs! For gluten-free options, there is a dedicated menu. Recommended!

The girl who served us was very kind, everything from the pasta to the dessert was delicious. A round of applause for the ricotta dessert. Wonderful!

My boyfriend and I had a great time; they have a menu fully dedicated to gluten-free options. I had the pumpkin flan, the risotto, and for dessert, the pear with vanilla ice cream. I liked all three dishes. Good value for money, excellent location because it is located in one of the main squares.

A small but welcoming place, with excellent service and attention to the customer. A venue capable of offering a gluten-free option worthy of the name, with attention to the celiac customer from the welcome to the coffee with a dedicated cookie. The bread refill is also much appreciated, which doesn't stop at just a couple of slices. A good selection of dishes is also available for those not on dietary restrictions. There's a bit of a wait between courses, but it's normal and worth it. The prices are in line with both the ingredients and compared to other places of equal quality; personally, I preferred to spend a little more and try from appetizers to dessert. Compliments to the venue and the AIC for their commitment.

Delicious restaurant in the center of Spoleto with many gluten-free options! I had gluten-free tagliatelle with truffle that were really excellent! All first courses, main courses, and desserts (including tiramisu, cheesecake, crescionda, gelato) are available gluten-free. Very kind and helpful staff. Normal waiting times. Good value for money. Wonderful desserts!!

Restaurant with outdoor space and a small indoor room. It's a place that aligns well with the concept of slow food, so when you enter, you should be prepared to take your time to eat. They are AIC certified, so they also have a gluten-free menu. You can see that there is research and study in the dishes, even in the plating (not always to our liking). Unfortunately, several courses did not suit our taste, despite the quality of the raw materials. The platter of cold cuts and cheeses was excellent in quality, although the foam served alongside wasn't well understood. The first courses were average, although perhaps the excessive focus on aesthetics detracted from the goal of achieving a true and territorial flavor (let's say also homemade). The typical dessert, cascionda if I'm not mistaken, we didn't like at all, even though it showed a consistent attention to aesthetics and the combination of different textures and temperatures (it was accompanied by vanilla ice cream). The portions are a bit below expectations. The bill is average. The staff is professional, although the service is a bit slow.

We had lunch today. Great appetizers (we had 3). The first courses with truffle need significant improvement, both with and without gluten! Too dry!
