Super stocked store for gluten-free products😚 Very friendly staff, unfortunately fresh pizza and focaccia are not available every day. Worth it!

What can I say other than that it's a Celiac's Paradise!!! Beautiful location, very kind and prepared staff, impeccably clean facilities, including a changing table. They also offer vegan meal options. The fried gnocchi are excellent, the panvia is delicious, the pizza is exquisite, and the focaccia is fantastic. Maximum attention to the quality of each ingredient. What can I say? The assurance of being in a 100% gluten-free environment with the delight of well-leavened and tasty food. Go there right away!

A place that serves only gluten-free food, delicious fried dumplings, wonderful pizza, and even better desserts! A bit out of the way and difficult to reach without a car.

I recently discovered this gluten-free market and bistro. We went for dinner, and the place features market products on the sides and tables and a counter in the center. There is the possibility to have breakfast/brunch/lunch/snack/apéritif/dinner; I always recommend making a reservation since there are few seats. We had a good experience—nice place and friendly, helpful staff. The menu is extensive, everything is delicious! A lovely place to eat gluten-free, I recommend it!

Katja's Treasure is a truly pleasant place: the environment is spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making the experience very welcoming. The food is of excellent quality, prepared with great attention and has an excellent taste. The portions are slightly smaller than average, but the deliciousness of the dishes fully compensates. Overall, it's a restaurant I highly recommend for anyone looking for entirely gluten-free cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere.

Katja's treasure chest was a pleasant discovery: just 5 minutes from the BS West highway exit and the Elnos shopping center. An excellent stop every time I travel on the A4 highway. It offers very tasty cuisine, completely gluten-free. The unique dish I had (GLUV): Thai rice, chickpea hummus, panzanella, eggplant meatballs, vegetables in saor with excellent focaccia.. Delicious! Rustichella from the autogrill, step aside! 😅 The desserts were great too, and the owner was very friendly.

Very beautiful place, well cared for in detail and with a welcoming atmosphere. One of the strong points is certainly the fact that all products are completely gluten-free, a real guarantee for those with specific dietary needs or who suffer from celiac disease. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to customer requests, contributing to making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu offers a wide selection, with delicious and well-presented options. The dishes are really good, and the attention to quality and preparation is evident. As for the prices, they are absolutely in line with the quality and the fact that gluten-free products tend to have a higher cost. So, all in all, the quality-price ratio is fair. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for a safe and tasty place to eat gluten-free without giving up the pleasure of good cuisine!

This morning I tried for the first time Katja's treasure to do my monthly shopping for gluten-free products. The store is very nice and the staff are kind and helpful. Out of curiosity, I stopped for lunch with my picky and non-celiac child. We ordered the same dish, which I think is called gluven: a platter of tastings, from panzanella to chickpea hummus, from vegetables in saor to eggplant meatballs, with basmati rice and vegetables and edamame. Everything was accompanied by strips of focaccia. I can only say that the picky child devoured everything. It's a pity that the store doesn't share the recipes; otherwise, I would replicate everything at home. And of course, I took home a nice piece of focaccia and two pastries for breakfast. I live far from Brescia, but I will definitely stop here every time I pass by. It's worth coming here to eat, to shop, and for the bakery. Super thumbs up for Katja's treasure and the people who work there.

I gave 4 stars because I think there is always room for improvement, but I definitely recommend it! Very nice and welcoming location, a wonderland for celiacs or those intolerant to gluten! Here you can find everything you need, both packaged and fresh! We went at different times: brunch, breakfast, and dinner, and we also ordered cakes and pastries to take to friends! Very good products appreciated by everyone! The bathroom is very nice, clean, and welcoming! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I recommend it!

Staff was scarce and VERY SLOW. The only one a bit faster was the older lady who did everything alone while the other one stayed in the kitchen and didn’t help. Half an hour just to take the breakfast order and they let people who arrived after us go first. Plus another twenty minutes to handle the payment. I only come here because it's the only place in the area that does gluten-free breakfasts; otherwise, I would have already changed places.

Very nice place, easy to reach with parking outside. Super friendly and helpful staff, great at their job. Excellent gluten-free products for the appetizer, so good that you can't notice the difference. The shop is also well-stocked. I recommend it for people with celiac disease!

Gluten-free friends (like me)! Go there immediately!! This completely gluten-free bistro was what was missing for a long time, at least in the Bergamo/Brescia area! It's located between Gussago and the city of Brescia, so it's easily reachable! From the outside, it looks very inviting, clearly showing the nature of the bistro! I discovered it on Instagram, and from the pictures of the various products offered, I was already salivating, and indeed, it did not disappoint my expectations at lunch; on the contrary, it far exceeded them! I ordered the Bologna-style pizza, with mortadella and pistachios: honestly, it's the best pizza I've ever had in all my years as a celiac! Thin, crispy, a dough that's not at all soggy but instead flavorful and fabulous! My mother had the house specialty: 'panvia', in the Scrigno version. A completely new product that doesn't exist anywhere else because, as the owner kindly explained, it was born from a mistake in looking for something alternative to pizza! It's a BOMB!!! Delicious, super crispy, well-cooked, and well-stuffed! After that, with my coffee, I tried a chocolate eclair: I don't believe I've ever eaten a dessert that good! The choux pastry is thin, tasty, melts in your mouth yet isn't heavy at all, and it's huge, with a generous amount of chocolate cream: fantastic! The staff is really very kind, the girls are very friendly, knowledgeable, and the owner is truly a wonderful person who loves her place! We felt great from that perspective too! The prices are a bit high, but perfectly in line with the very high quality of the served products: here you won't eat a mediocre frozen pizza base or any fridge stuff; you'll find all the freshness and flavor of excellent products, 100% gluten-free. Among other things, it's also a shop where you can buy the products that can be found in pharmacies, which can be deducted from our monthly prescription, according to ASL guidelines. I can't wait to go back to try the gnocco fritto!

The gluten-free bakery and pastry products are quite good, especially when eaten right away. The main downside is the panettone, which resembles a commercial pandoro more than anything else. The dough is mediocre, not soft at all, and is only slightly larger than a large muffin. Moreover, it inexplicably resembles gluten-free pandoro dough (and I can say this with a fair degree of certainty, having eaten it for almost fifteen years). The quality-price ratio is absolutely insufficient in this regard. Another major flaw, in my opinion, is the location: the area is really unattractive and does not reflect the well-maintained interior.

I have no issues with gluten, but I enjoyed the flavor of the brioche, the cake, and the cappuccino. In particular, the brioche, I must say. All in a comfortable and relaxing setting. Prices are average for the type of place.
