I went there one evening with friends because of the positive reviews on Google. I ordered gluten-free pizzoccheri, and what I received was a plate of tagliatelle made with white flour (pizzoccheri are made with buckwheat) that wasn't salted (probably no salt was added to the cooking water), topped with cheese (not casera, the cheese used for pizzoccheri) and some potatoes. No sign of cabbage or chard. Regarding contamination, there was no problem.

I asked for information about the possibility of eating in this place, but I was told that non-contamination is not guaranteed. People with celiac disease cannot eat here.
