They always have at least one gluten-free option. It's a very youthful place and perfect for a good slice of cake accompanied by a good tea.

Sweet and savory pies. For gluten-free, only sweet pie is available but not always. The heating is not top-notch, but if you stop for a slice of cake and a hot tea, as well as a quick lunch, it’s okay.

I'm sorry to write this review because this is the second time in a row that I've been a bit disappointed. I used to come often (when it was Berlicabarbis), but now the new management seems to be lacking: 1) The PLACE is nice and very well-kept, modern and youthful. Being a Saturday night, there were many people, so we were a bit tight, but that's understandable; 2) FOOD… what can I say, a wide selection of delicious cakes and sweets, but probably for the second time in a row, it wasn't up to par. I ordered a New York cheesecake with pistachio which unfortunately I couldn't finish and digest by the end of the evening (I should note that I love pistachio, so it was disappointing not to finish it), while the other slice was a pear and chocolate, where the pear was nonexistent and the cake seemed very floury and hard to swallow. Luckily, there were herbal teas (great variety 👌🏻) that helped us, but we didn't finish either of the two slices; 3) SERVICE the young man was very good and kind, but… he was alone! Too many customers for one person to handle, in fact we waited a lot; 4) BILL too high, 14€ for two half slices and two herbal teas… too much in my opinion; It's a shame about the changes over the years, but I don't know if I will return. 👎🏻

Friendly staff. Cakes of all kinds for everyone! By "everyone" I mean also for celiacs and lactose intolerant/allergic individuals. Affordable prices: possibility to take only half a slice of cake. Excellent herbal teas. Recommended.
