I went there driven by the good reviews, but my experience wasn’t great. The service was rushed, and the timing was poorly coordinated, so my partner and I ate at different times. I wanted to try the bigoli alla carbonara to switch it up from my usual duck sauce, but that was a mistake. The pasta was just packaged spaghetti (nothing wrong with that, except for the price of €12), and the sauce had a strange taste, as if they had used sausages instead of guanciale. The dessert was also packaged, nothing special. I would say it’s a place I would recommend if you find yourself in the area and don’t have high expectations regarding quality, because it still seemed quite safe overall.

I think it's the only restaurant where you can eat gluten-free Bigoli in the province of Padova. The Bigoli are a bit fine in my opinion, but they have a good taste. Generous portions. They provide gluten-free snacks as appetizers.

If Leopardi were a cook, he would surely work at Al Bigolaro. We had lunch today in this wonderful location nestled in the Euganean Hills, having made a reservation a few weeks in advance, and we were pampered from the appetizer to the dessert. The food was amazing (with two gluten-free options, with bigoli identical to the gluten-filled ones), the staff was well-prepared to recommend the right dish for every desire and need, good wine, and lots of nice people. From Puglia with fury, they made us miss Pugliese cuisine not at all, and we will return at the first opportunity. And to top it all off, the icing on the cake, quality appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, liters of house wine, coffee, and amaro: about forty euros per person. Photo with the chef attached! P.S. Additional merit note to Luca for his culinary wisdom and more. 💜

Bigoli is the main dish of this place. Very well-prepared and tasty food. Cozy both inside and outside. With convenient parking, suitable for children, and with attention to the gluten-free menu. Excellent quality-price ratio. I recommend it.
