We discovered this ice cream shop by chance, and we fell in love with it. We live half an hour away, but we decided to order the cake for my daughter's first birthday from them. Unfortunately, due to the little one's health issues, we had to postpone with just one day's notice. Despite this, I found availability, professionalism, and a significant human element, which is certainly not taken for granted these days. Fortunato was super attentive and caring, both in helping choose the cake (all done over the phone due to the distance) and in accommodating me for the decorations and for the patience required because of our little mishap. The cake, aside from being exceptional, was also beautiful, fine, and elegant as we wanted. I completely entrusted Fortunato with my tastes, providing only general hints on the theme and colors, and I must say he completely nailed my idea! My partner also ordered a smaller cake for me, and it was equally delicious and lovely! I also found a lot of options for gluten-free and various allergy choices for our little guests. I recommend this ice cream shop to everyone; places run with love, passion, and professionalism are becoming increasingly rare these days! Congratulations to Fortunato and the entire staff! We will definitely return!
