Truly delicious dinner: pittule, cold cuts, and exquisite and abundant local cheeses. The gluten-free pasta was homemade! Really appreciated! The only drawback: I don't think it's fair to charge extra for dishes that are already gluten-free by their nature, like the cold cuts and cheese platter. I fully justify the surcharge for dishes that require a gluten-free preparation (pittule, pasta, bread). Despite the drawback, highly recommended place!

Very beautiful and well-kept Masseria, spacious rooms equipped with all necessary comforts. Very kind staff, both at the reception and in the dining area, from the most experienced to the youngest. I would like to positively highlight their attention to my food intolerances. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, not a positive experience. We sat at the table at 10 PM and ordered right after, but the appetizers only arrived an hour later, and the first courses thirty minutes after the appetizers. There were six of us at the table and only five main courses arrived, with the last one coming a quarter of an hour later due to a probable oversight, but the pasta was completely raw and thus sent back. The second courses were also not without faults, with one plate arriving twenty minutes after the others. In all this, there was a person with celiac disease at our table, and there was incredible confusion with dishes arriving gluten-free for three people when there was actually only one celiac. I appreciate the apologies from the staff and the discount on the final price after the various mishaps, but two and a half hours to finish a dinner seems excessive to me. Hoping it was just an off night, we might return in the future since the quality of the ingredients is very good and there is a wide selection for celiacs.

I had been wanting to try typical Salento specialties in a gluten-free version for a long time, and thanks to them, it was possible. I expected more "authenticity" from the location: a more rustic table setting and decor would have definitely made a difference (in my opinion, white plastic tables and chairs and the place mats clash in a place like this). I would have also liked to have a wider variety of gluten-free dessert options (I was only offered the spumone). In general, recommended.
